Bei unserem heutigen Besuch genossen wir das "Verwöhn-Menue"
- Seafood Garnelen mit Kalbscarpaccio auf Thunfischsauce
- Lammkotelett mit Ziegenkäse und mediterranem Gemüse
- auf den Punkt gegarter Seeteufel mit Limetten-Chili-Sauce und
Wokgemüse
- sündige !!! Dessert Variation mit Früchten und Eis
jeweils gepaart mit passenden Weinempfehlungen von Herrn Wacker
Es war alles in allem hervorragend ....................

The Alte Meierey Schwarz is lady owned and operated since 2007. The owner is the daughter of the first female German cook to win a Michelin star. She applies the high quality cooking of her mother. Excellent regional products are used. Furnishings and decoration provide the restaurant a nice old-fashioned countryside character. Service is adequate and very friendly.
We came on a Monday and we were pleasantly surprised my the cosy atmosphere and the high quality of the food. The menu is traditional Landküche. We went for classical courses and wine. Dishes are well presented and tasty. The Alte Meierey Schwarz is a true value for money restaurant and definitely deserves a visit either for dinner or for breakfast.
We recommend Alte Meierey Schwarz and to anyone who seeks nice food accompanied by a good glass of wine.

Wer einen praktischen Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen im Sauerland sucht, der kommt an diesem familiär geführtem Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Küche nicht vorbei. Insbesondere die schönen Zimmer auf der oberen Etage suchen ihres gleichen in Bezug auf Preis und Leistung.der eigentliche Geheimtipp sind aber die kulinarischen Events, die hier immer mal wieder durchgeführt werden.

On a local's recommendation my friend and I had lunch here. He had the Rollbraten and I the Schnitzel. Delicious! Plus the food was plentiful, the server attentive (she even took pictures for us), and the Krumbacher Dunkels perfect to wash it all down. Hint: if you go on Friday or Saturday evenings, be sure to make a reservation for a larger party because Klumpen is pretty crowded! We will be back!

great views over lake Biggesee. food was OK, not brilliant but OK. but the staff and the views more than made up for that.

Lust auf leckeres griechisches Essen, Bundesliga an den Spieltage, nette Leute vor und hinter der Theke und ein kühles Pils? Dann ist der Samos am Marktplatz die Empfehlung.

I've been several moths in this part of Germany and finally I found this restaurant, and I was so happy for this.
Their italian dishes are "really italian". In particular, sea food specialities are fresh and well prepared.
Pizza is also good, even if is not their best dish.
The serve a good selection of italian wine.
Highly recommended.

After the very good reviews of this Restaurant, we were curious to try it.
The location of it is next to a busy route and industrial park. Inside a normal and a bit modern interior was present.
The service personal was very friendly and attending. Concerning the food, we ordered Schnitzel (pork) and medallions of pork with chanterelles and bacon. The taste was good and the size really sufficient. Prices around 12,90-15,90€ including very good French Fries.
The overall impression was good for this rustic food and location.
No free wifi, big parking lot next to the house.
