We have stopped here twice. Kaylee waited on us and provided great service with a smile. We split a Reuben and each had a soda. Service was good, food was really good, and the place was clean. We would have no problem recommending this place. Prices were average for the area. We will be back!

I drove up to the drive through and ordered a decaf. Then quickly realized I forgot my wallet and cancelled the order. The wonderful lady poured me one and gave it to me with a lovely smile. She said, "you can't start your day without coffee. There are good people in this world. Thank you!

Took my date there 03/04/2017, 1st no Prime Rib, ordered two steaks 1 rib eye and one fillet. steaks cook to order, with veg and potato. A hour later dinner arrived, no problem we were consumed in conversation. The fillet appeared thin with grizzle/fat. Question the waitress and she indicated she would take care of it?? The dinner was very tasty with the exception of the fillet questions above, waited for check, no check, approached the bar to get check. Owner/cook came out with a attitude that was second to none, rude and condescending, animated with much anger. Never in 30 years traveling on the road eating in class A world wide restaurants, had I ever ran into a angry person like this. All this vitriol was over a question concerning the cut of meat?, paid bill. Would never eat in this restaurant again....not because of the food but demeanor and sarcasm of this proprietor. Sell the place and seek gainful employment elsewhere, you are eons from a professional restaurateur !!

The only other place in town that seemed open was packed so we went to the Wayback, and had a great quick breakfast. Staff was very nice, despite having to deal with a lot more people than they were used to.Thank you for the review. That whole day was crazy and plus we had 3 people call in that day. I hink they had moon sickness lol. Once again, Thank you for your review and see ya on the Wayback!!!!

We love the pizza, and the burgers are fresh, juicy, and yummy! The newly remodeled interior is really nice. Stop in as the sun is going down...the exterior is really cool- especially all lit up! Pam, the owner, is usually supervising and checking on guests- great service and excellent food. Two thumbs up from the Gypsy Travelers!! Tip: great place to come if you have kids of all ages or a large group. Plenty of parking and seating- absolutely worth the stop!

Buckhorn Bar and Grill

Reviewed By 1961eugene - Colorado Springs, Colorado

For starters, I don't think google map has this joint in the right location, The Buckhorn I went to was between hwy 585 and the SD border. Any way Buckhorn is a place I feel comfortable to hang out, friendly fun people, Dale the owner is an original guy. The mounts that hang on every wall are impressive. Great bar/grill food and the beer is colder then most, bar nuts plentiful, my kind of place. Very biker friendly. Atmosphere is typical bar grill with hunter outdoors men, biker thrown in. Thanks for the hospitality Dale and gang.

The Antlers

Reviewed By WYbirdwatcher - Cheyenne, Wyoming

We were referred to the Antlers by a local resident, who was certain that other places in town on this Saturday night would be noisy, crawling with young people who participated in the day's youth rodeo. The Antlers Coffee Shop is in an old hotel (old enough perhaps to give you second thoughts about entering), connected to the hotel bar. But don't forget that this is a small town in the West; no up-to-date fancy store fronts here. The room is replete with tin ceiling and lacy curtains, reminiscent of some ghost town reconstructions you may have visited. The menu was most limited on this Saturday night -- three choices, two of which were a chicken breast dinner (which we had them convert into a sandwich, since my wife wasn't hungry for a full dinner) and the flat iron steak, highly recommended by our local contact. The portions were generous, the food quite good. The steak came with a large fresh greens salad and baked potato. Taste was great and food quality very good. Service was fine as well, which it should have been -- at the outset, we were the only folks in the restaurant; one other family showed up to eat as we were finishing. Background music consisted of juke box music from the adjacent bar (one needs only to get up from the table and walk through an open door to get to the bar); the juke box had a nice selection of old and new country tunes and the bar patrons at the time had generally good taste in music, so the music was not a big distraction. And, considering the limited dining choices in town, this was not a bad choice.

A great little sandwich and ice cream shop. All their food is made to order and is uniformly excellent. The service is friendly. It's definitely a local's place. They also have a multitude of soft ice cream flavors in cones and shakes and they have Italian soda as well. The wife runs the sandwich shop and it's in the same building as an oil change shop run by the husband. Great place to eat. Personal favorite it the Dogie (pronounced doogie) Joe sandwich - a sloppy joe put into a home made bun that has a pocket sliced in it, so it doesn't leak.

Hole in the wall diner that I never would have stopped at before. My husband works in the area and found it. Outside is run down but don't let that deter you from going inside. Old style diner decor with amazing food. They will make just about anything you can come up with. If it's good enough they may even offer it as a special at some point. I am so glad I went in.
