We have been to this restaurant on several occasions. The very first time was the best (was with a large group). The next time was OK. The most recent time was really disappointing. It was dirty, and they sat us at a table that had on old plate of half eaten food on the chair. Service was also down, when I asked about on of the specialty drinks on the menu the waiter only could say that he knew it contained alcohol.

Staying at the Villa Kololo it was easy to restrict gastronomic exploration to the Italian specialities on the menu at the Mediterraneo. The restaurant is very popular and the food is fine. In the course of a four-day stay I ate lasagna, a huge pizza – perhaps not the best in the world – fish and tagliatelli dishes. I treated myself to a tira misu one evening, which was also very good. In short, with the attractive wooden tables between trees and bushes, soft lighting (oil lamps) and excellent service, the Mediterraneo can be recommended for dining in Kampala as long as you’re keen on Italian food.

I want to move into Endiro! There are so many coffees I wanted to come back every day. I want to move to Kampala just for Endiro. This cafe in the urban-jungle was a dream. A break from the development of the city and simply...MoreMove into Endiro???? Wow... that's a new one. We'll get to work on a loft apartment for you right away. haha... My second visit here. Last time was about 6 months ago. Yet again great food at a reasonable price. Surroundings are beautiful. Would definitely give a score of excellent if the service was faster . Seemed to be a long long wait for food despite the fantastically attentive waiting staff.

Really nice place to sit with friends for a drink/ bite, or alone to get some work done during the day. Especially enjoy the patio. Gorgeously done. Great menu for both food and drinks with something for everyone but not so much you're overwhelmed. Decently attentive staff.

Litet snabbmatställe i Mukono på vägen mellan Kampala och Jinja. Inredningen är inget att hurra över men maten smakar bra. Samosas var helt okej.

We stopped here for lunch one Sunday while doing some errands in the mall and nearby. This is definitely the place for expats!
We had the "Texas salad" which was a daily special and the tuna salad Sandwich, with iced tea and fresh apple juice. The Texas salad was great (never expected to have microgreens in Kampala!) and the tuna Sandwich was also tasty. The fresh apple juice was amazing; it's often hard to make a good fresh apple juice and this one did not disappoint.
We didn't try any of the desserts or pastries, but they all looked delicious and the table next to us seemed quite happy with theirs.
The prices were totally reasonable and the service was quick and good.
