Great menu featuring six “naked” fish from which we chose blackened Pacific Rockfish and Petrale Sole. Prepared and presented beautifully accompanied with mixed vegetables, wild rice, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Made a res for 6:30 and arrived to a beautiful sunset sequence which was artfully shaded with see-through mesh blinds, then at 5 minutes prior to the sun disappearing below the horizon the manager raised the blinds to allow all the guests to enjoy the last few moments of the day! Two main dishes, glass of wine and gratuities around $90 for two guests. Most enjoyable!

If you love specialty ingredients or "hipster" food then I'm thinking this is the place for you. The food is delicious the service is ok and the line is usually very long. I like eating here but I don't like that it's so....something....it's good but...Morewe have no hipster food we use basic ingredients to make everything we can from scratch. Your complaining that we treat you well, as good as a french bakery but somehow thats not ok with you.....shame on us

When I’m in the area I always enjoy a trip to Morro Bay for lunch and that means clam chowder and fish ‘n chips. My first time at this restaurant and I was super pleased. Great food, good service and reasonably priced. I left a happy man.

The chips and salsa are amazing especially the lava sauce if you like it hot. What a great place, cant wait to come back.

The bag here is decidedly mixed — the experience can run from "truly commendable" to "not recommendable". On average it warrants a "not bad" but there are potential "not good" problems in the dining experience.

First, the location and the views are wonderful. The ambiance is very nice, with a higher end feel to it. The service is personable, attentive and informative. On the night we were there, they were hosting a featured wine tasting, so we were able to taste the featured wines before ordering. The featured wines from the Onyx winery were excellent. The bread served before and with dinner was very good.

The menu offers a decent selection. Our family group ordered the lobster and linguini pasta, the hanger steak, halibut, scallops, crab cake, and clam chowder. The clam chowder, pasta, and scallops were very good — but nothing particularly out of the ordinary. The halibut and hanger steak were okay but the kitchen tried to do too much with the plates in terms of the potatoes, vegetables and sauces that accompanied the main dish. As soon as those two dishes were served, the presentation of was not very appealing. Those who ordered those dishes ate the fish and the steak, but left most everything else on the plate. Unfortunately, the crab cake was almost inedible. The aioli on top tasted like a petroleum product while the cake itself had almost no taste.

If you order wisely, you may well enjoy your evening. We found that the odds of ordering wisely were about 50/50. Therefore, the odds of us returning here are similar — about 50/50.

The Leticia Burger at House of Ju Ju blew my expectations away. Paired with local IPA (didn't catch the name), the mouth-watering burger with spicy chipotle sauce, pepper jack cheese, green chiles and avocado hit the spot. The roasted potatoes were a wonderful change from the standard french fries at most burger joints. I also recommend the grilled cheese that my daughter ordered from the kids menu. The sourdough bread slices were massive and smothered with cheese plus a side salad which left plenty for leftovers. Service was extremely friendly and meals for our party of 10 came quickly and all together. House of Ju Ju was definitely the best restaurant for the price that we ate at over the 3 days at Morro Bay.

I had the country fried steak and eggs.I usually order this wherever I go and this was one of the better ones.My son had the Greek scramble and he said it was great.
Prices reasonable for the quality of food and it’s a very short walk to Morro Rock.
Will be back when in the area!!

Sometimes the line is long, but it goes by fast. The patio has beautiful views of the sea and Morro rock. The Bloody Mary is okay, very vinegary, but you can’t beat the price! Check in on yelp and you can get a free cup of clam chowder. We love the halibut sandwich & the soft shell crab was good too. Generous portions. We will be back.

We were a group of 6 women who all ordered different items from a new server.....breakfast as well as lunch items. Everything came correctly! My Louie Salad was good with shrimp and crab; fresh warm sourdough bread was delicious. Brunch items included a mimosa. My Bloody Mary was excellent! Everyone's dishes looked wonderful.....the eggs benedict, other salads, sandwiches. We ate inside but outside deck looked very inviting. For the area, prices were reasonable.....everything under $20. I will definitely return.
