Went to breakfast with my husband and a friend. All 3 of us had huevos rancheros high were excellent. They come with beans, tortillas, your choice of chili (green is really good) and hash browns (which I prefer to live without). The food was lively with just the right amount of heat and seasoning. We will definitely be back.

Ate lunch with a friend here recently. The buffet is quick and has a number of good choices. The day we were there they had salad, pasta slaw, mashed potatoes, barbeque beans, green beans, apple cobbler, barbeque beef, brisket, sausage and pulled pork. Everything we tried was good. I wish they had more salad dressing choices (2) but most don't eat salad at a barbeque, so I get it.
Very limited good wine choices, but good beer choices. Better with barbeque anyway.

Right next to O'Henry's and the beautifully renovated Rialto Theater, Door 222 is a great place for excellent food and service in downtown Loveland. Our server Chloe was a delight on New Year's Eve as we participated in their four-course meal with wine pairings. Starting with a wonderful salad of greens, beets, goat cheese, nuts and pears, then to succulent scallops, a very tender filet and a gluten-free dessert of almond cake, apples and ice cream, everything was perfectly prepared and served. A visit here a month before was equally outstanding from a full menu with great choices.

While visiting our adult son in Fort Collins yesterday, he recommended we try this restaurant. So, the three of us had dinner there last night. It was a nice change from the usual chain restaurants and brought back memories of our visits to New Orleans. Both the food and service were good, and I would recommend it to anyone who likes cajun food.

The interior, alone, of Fourth Street Chophouse is worth the visit. Aged brick walls, high metal ceilings gave a warm atmosphere, and the noise levels were surprisingly low. A walk along the two-block street in downtown Loveland is also a treat, with great restaurants (222, Henry's) and shops and the Rialto Theater to visit. Zack our server was great and very accommodating. My wife's gluten-free risotto was excellent. The gluten-free bread was extra, but some of the best we've experienced outside of European restaurants.
I also enjoyed the very plump and delicious Japanese scallops with an accompanying side of crispy, (but a little bit overspiced) french fries. The mussels in cream sauce would have been better if the large mussels had been a bit less chewy and noy overwhelmed by the cream sauce, which made them very messy to eat, buried, as they were, underneath the sauce.

Went to Biaggi's to celebrate an early Holiday dinner. You can only get happy hour drink prices in the bar. I asked if I could go to bar to get drink and waitress assured me they would have the bartender get my wine and would only charge me happy hour price. I got the wine, but, not the happy hour price. We both ordered from the Lighter Menu. Our waitress was overly zealous. Came by and asked us at least seven times if all was OK. I ordered the pork chop with asparagus. The pork chop was fatty and there were four skinny pieces of asparagas....truly lighter. I also ordered the Ceasar Salad which was plentiful. My companion had the house salad which was also plentiful and the salmon which came with red peppers and pasta. Disappointing portions, mine had a lot of garlic.

We enjoyed this dinner. Several different plates were ordered from family members. One was rib dinner. Very good ribs, had to take half of it home. Too much to eat! The child's plate of ribs was also plenty for a tween. The salmon fish and chip plate was very good with 4 strips of salmon and plenty of fries. French dip sandwich was good with bleu cheese dip. All in all a good place to eat, a little on the more expensive side though.
