長い長い歴史を踏んでいるカフェ＆ケーキ、スイーツの店だ。当時は、本当にケーキが美味しかった。下宿の先輩方や後輩たちと毎日「モーニング」を食べに通ったものだ。今はもうないだろうか大きな横たわった東郷誠司の裸婦像の絵が正面に掲げてあった記憶がこみあげる。今も健在が大変嬉しい。同世代で成城大出身の大学教員と「アルプス」の話で盛り上がった事がある。それぞれ６７歳と７０歳になったが懐かしい思い出がよぎる。

世田谷通り狛江三叉路に面しています。少し離れた路地奥に駐車場もあります。スパゲッティが900円から1200円で、狛江にしては高めですが、それだけの価値があります。麺の選択・生地・具材の選択・盛り・味付けいずれをとってもなかなかの腕前で、圧倒されます。最後まで冷めないパスタと旨みはどう醸し出しているのか。そして、400円でサラダとスープがセットできます。あまり期待しなかったのですが、この400円は800円分位あります。ここではあえて申しませんので、どうすごいかトライしてみて下さい。なお、麺は乾麺で150gですので、具の量の豊富さからして少し多めですから、いわゆる普通量をお好みであれば、麺少な目を頼めば丁度良く、100円引きしてくれます。カードは使えず現金のみです。

A Japanese friend took me to Vino Uno for lunch and what a surprise. The produce is all local and seasonal and the source farms are listed on the blackboard. The bread is also something they feature. They did a wonderful job combing Japanese traditions with Italian food. Everything is lighter and the cold pasta and veges was delicious for lunch. Portion sizes are large for Japan also. This was a real treat and I'd like to try and return while I'm in Japan.

I had Vietnamese lunch with my wife. We ordered Beef Pho for me, Saigon Fried Rice for my wife, Spring Rolls to share, Vietnamese Coffee, and dessert by the coupon from Hot Pepper. Not sure authentic or not, this is what we used to have in the United States and we like this place.

Having developed a craving for Thai cuisine I googled to see any near by my house. Tom Yum Goong looked promising. 3 stations from my station. 3 minutes from Komae Station.
Walked in and was greeted by a Thai waitress and noticed that the kitchen was run by a Thai.
Sat down at our table and realised that the other customers were Thai.
You know it's going to be good at this point.
Really enjoyed our evening.
The only criticism would be that it's pretty slow.
So order accordingly.

お蕎麦と一品料理のおいしいお店です。店内にあるそばうすが、目に留まるインテリアでした。月替わりのお蕎麦はサクラエビのかき揚げ。とても上品なあじわいでした。

So far, this is the best noodle shop in Komae/Izumitamagawa area. They specialize in Tsukemen- which is different than your typical ramen. The noodles come separate from the sauce. You can choose hot or cold noodles- then you dip the noodles into the sauce. Sooo good! Seems like they may only be open during lunch-time. And there is almost ALWAYS people waiting outside to eat. Always. And when people finish eating, they of course always say "gochisosama", but then follow up with "oishikatta desu". When Japanese go out of their way to say it was delicious, you know it was good!
It is within walking distance from Izumitamagawa station. Definitely worth a visit!!!

メニューが豊富です。
1度目訪問 ママランチ大勢で利用しました。
ランチは千円以下なのでお得ですが味は期待できません。茹ですぎでふやけた麺がパサパサに乾いていて、フォークで刺すと麺が固まって持ち上がりました（笑）
食べる気を無くし全て残しました。
2度目訪問 夕食に家族で伺いました。
この辺りは飲食店が少ないこともあり、40分待ち
やっと席に着き注文し、料理のパスタを子供が食べると口から何やら吐き出した。
⁇と見ると焼きそばの袋麺の様なビニール袋の切れ端。恐らく開封した袋の耳部分。10数センチはあったかな…。
5歳の娘が飲み込んでいたら…と怖くなり定員さんに告げるとお詫びにケーキを持って来てくださった。しかし、食べる気は失せてしまい全部残したまま会計を済ませ店を後にしました。
2度と行かない‼︎
