The food here is amazing! We shared a green salad, minestrone soup, gnocchi with bolognese and a tiramisu and creme brûlée. We really enjoyed everything! The soup was a little bland, we’ve had better elsewhere. The gnocchi salad and desserts were fantastic! It was the right amount to share a salad and entree with 2 desserts and came to $43 with tax!

Definitely stop here if you are in Sonoma county wine tasting. It’s a great place. You order at the counter then the wait staff brings your order and takes dessert and coffee orders at the table after your meal. Really cool concept and expedites the process when they are busy.

I would never have expected to review a grocery store, but this was an unexpected treasure!
The store has everything for tourist and locals. It is a full service grocery store in a small town!
My husband and I were heading to Jack London State Historic Park and wanted to grab a picnic lunch. We stopped at a near by market and found only junk food.
We were so excited to then see Glen Ellen Village Market & Deli.
The freshly made panini sandwiches and ready to go offerings made a luxury picnic :)

Been a few times now and always a great experience with excellent food and wine and great service and a very pleasant atmosphere outside although can get a bit loud with some larger groups and individuals who like to hear their own voices. But highly recommended and we will continue to go back every time we're in Sonoma area.

We chose this location because we had a day of visiting wineries and we wanted comfortable, home food. We ordered he fried chicken meal and it was served family style. The cheddar biscuits were amazing, the chicken, mashed potatoes, and greens hit the spot. The apple bread pudding was a lovely finish. Ordered decaf coffee with dessert and it was also delicious. Our waiter was very attentive. One thing, after reading the reviews, I thought the cheddar biscuits came with dinner. I mentioned how we wanted some and we were charged for this request. But we received free cheddar biscuits with our meal? They are amazing just be careful how you ask to the waiter.

We are quite disappointed in our dinner here. We had heard great things about this place. We ordered their iron skillet cornbread, which was subpar. Very buttery and sweetened with honey, which had ended up on the bottom leaving the bottom soggy and too sweet. The rotisserie chicken was seasoned well, but very dry. The mole sauce in the enchiladas was not great. However, their vegetarian enchiladas stuffed with veggies (without the mole sauce) was delicious and creative. The drinks ended up being the best part of the meal. Service was great. But overpriced for a disappointing meal.

We have been near the Mayo Winery many times, but somehow never went in, until yesterday. Felicia proved to be a wonderful hostess, full of information, but really listened to our interests and matched the tasting to them. She also provided wonderful suggestions on other wineries to visit. Mayo makes a wide range of wines. Many people would say that it is too many, because how can they possibly make them all good? Well, the proof is in the pudding - they are all generally good. Mayo is definitely worth a stop when wine tasting in Glen Ellen. It is now on our regular itinerary.
