My wife and I had a truly awesome dinner at Marotto's last night.
We started with a Bombay sapphire martini and a famous grouse on the rocks. The cocktails were delicious and generous portions.
To start we had a dozen clams casino and stuffed peppers. The peppers were great and the casinos were some of the best ever.
For dinner, we each had a scallop dish. I'm dreaming about my dinner today. The scallops were huge, perfectly prepared and had an incredible flavor. The icing on the cake was Amanda our server. She was obviously an experienced fine dining staff member.
The bill was reasonable considering all the drinks and several courses. The scallops would have been double the price and half as good at a steakhouse. 5/5 stars.
The owner's harmonica serenade of Irish Eyes for St Patty's day was the perfect touch.

I come from Toronto and bring back 2 dozen every time. My favs are KEY LIME and COCONUT CREAM while my wife loves the CINAMON CAKE and RED VELVET CAKE but we are trying to have one of every donut they make. The coffee is awesome too. If you visit Buffalo you have to come to Paula's Donuts

The cashier did ring the items in correctly, but they were NOT prepared as we ordered which was just to leave off the condiments. As it was a takeout, we didn't unwrap until we got home. The fries were awful and the portions NOT worth the price ! The large cones didn't have much ice cream for the price. This is not what I get at some of their other locations and will not go back to this one.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere quaint, the staff friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our drinks from the bar as well. This cute little restaurant has a nice menu with a selection of French favorites as well as other items. My husband thought the steak dinner was fantastic. This is a nice place to go for dinner with your significant other, your BFF or with another couple. (I think no more than 4 people at a time would work best.) We will certainly go again.

The bar is buzzing. The waiting staff were pleasant but service very slow, food lukewarm (although changed when highlighted) and food wasn't as nice as I had hoped - salty and I chose monkfish thinking it was a healthier choice but it was drowned in butter. Garlic mash was nice.

I recently when to Texas Roadhouse Cheekawaga New York to celebrate my son birthday and niece I like to thank the owner for coming over and introducing his himself and bringing samples for us to try because some of us it was their first time at the restaurant I thought it was so nice and it made feel special the food was delicious and the rolls were hot and fantastic we were very satisfied and happy with our server she was great and made our time there wonderful so I am going again because I love it

astute readers will find a recent commentary from us on this lively place, but we weren't fond of the rice pudding, a serious shortcoming in a Greek Restaurant... the place has changed suppliers and now the creamy rice pudding ranks with the best... recent meal included the "greek fish," with spinach arranged exactly in the form of the fish... popeye would drool

I haven't been here for well over 10 years and decided to take my adult daughters for dinner. We had 7:30 reservations. We arrived 10 minutes early and were told our table wasn't ready, no problem we would have a drink at the tiny bar. I ordered a bottle of wine and the bartender opened the bottle and poured three glasses without offering a taste to make sure it was good. Thankfully it was good. Several guests, which I believe were "regulars" came in after us without reservations and were seated. We didn't get to our table until well after 8. Another table of "regulars"were seated right next to us after we had been seated. They had their beverage and bread before we even saw a waitress. I had to ask to have a waitress sent to our table. We ordered our entire meal as we had enough time to memorize the menu before ordering. The hot stuffed banana peppers were so hot they burned my tongue. The carbonara had chunks of bacon that over powered the dish. The restaurant needs a lot of TLC as it had become runned down. The service and food both need work.

Finding entrance: VERY confusing, as the actual entrance is under one of the two red awnings separated by doors (which must go to apartments above). Atmosphere: In the dining area, very nice; good decor, neutral and warm colors. Staff: very very friendly and accommodating. Accessibility: All one level from sidewalk. Didn't check out the bathrooms, sorry! Food: great dessert selection in the front room. Menu items: very good; we mostly had salads and a veggie pizza. The Caprese didn't have enough dressing on it; salt and pepper not at the table so 'stole' from another table. No spirits license, but beer and wine available.
