We stopped at Coffee Landing Cafe on a recent trip. What a delightful surprise. The breakfast was outstanding and the service was so friendly. My omelet was so light and fluffy-and delicious. My husband had ham and eggs and the ham was very flavorful. The potatoes that were served with breakfast were seasoned great and really added to the meal. The coffee was delicious!

We needed fast food of the lighter variety at lunchtime on a long 10 hour road trip heading south. Liked this place & what they had to offer, seemed to be food to suit all in our party. Cost was at the lower end of expectations & food was enjoyable.

One of the best places to have food!
We ordered a lot of appetizers - including their summer special corn - the poppers, mozzarella stick, fries, and pasta were simply delicious!
One of the best garlicky and creamy pastas I have had!
The service was swift and our server was super!
Do visit for some amazing food!

This has always been one of our favourite restaurants on the lake. The setting is wonderful and it is great to go by boat.
However, the menu has been updated and has significant increases in price. Things that used to be included with the main are now at added cost. The walleye remains a favourite.
Meal cost was $200 with drinks and tip for 4 people. What makes it worst for Canadian customers is the terrible exchange rate. Not the restaurant's fault but they will feel the pain.
We will return, just not as often.

The sylvan environment overlooking the Rainy River is a very pleasant venue. I was delightfully surprised at the quality of the food. First, I like blue rare prime rib. If I cannot get what I want, I will order something else. In the International Falls area, blue rare seems to be a near impossibility to get, but, delightfully not at Lenards. Our server, who was very attentive, assured me that what I wanted was available, so, I went for it - I was absolutely delighted with the outcome. The creamed horseradish mix was a perfect compliment to the very tasty and tender prime rib. My dining companion had the area specialty: Walleye. She said it was very tasty, flavorful and tender (two nights earlier, in the I-Falls area, I had had a pair of Walleye filets that you could drive nails with). The veggies were tender and tasty asparagus. They have a tasty signature popover-type bread - very good. Pleasantly, prices for entrees paled by comparison with other competition in the area. I will wholeheartedly agree with two earlier reviewers: 1) who wold expect it in a hotel dining room and 2) Great Food & Service." It was a pleasant surprise and I heartily recommend Lenards.

After reading the previous reviews we decided to try Lindy's and we were very impressed. We had a combo plate of ribs and chicken and both were delicious. The chicken was so fresh and hot you could hardly touch it. The inside was juicy and full of flavor. The ribs were tender and tasty as well.
You will not be disappointed. Worth the short drive outside International Falls

After a week in Canada, our group was ready for some American food. Border Bar did not disappoint. The pizza was delicious!! My husband and I ordered the Ethel's "Works" pizza and it was great - lots of toppings and melted cheese. That's our kind of American food!! Also had a good selection of domestic beers.

We were traveling through the area so we had Dominos deliver to our motel room. Their service was fast and accurate. The delivery driver, Lucas, brought us all the amenities necessary to dine. Thanks Lucas.
