Fantastic restaurant with great character and feel, very traditionally Danish, which is welcoming and enveloping. A great place to go with friends and family for a an occasion or just because. Shared a lovely meal of steak, done to my perfection and the wonderfully diverse salad bar. I can't get over the taste of the butter...mmmm. I of course indulged in desert, with someone else making the decision for me on what to chose. The staff were attentive and helpful. The building is also a very old house on the edge of the road and it creates a lovely setting for a great meal... loved it.

Disappointed with this brewhouse restaurant. Very popular place but I wonder why??! The starter (Jerusalem Artichoke soup) was quite bad. The beer braised beef was just ok. The beef was served a bit too cold to my liking. In the end, I think this is not a good experience. The staff is really good and efficient. Their own beers are also quite good.

We visited this restaurant for business and expected good steaks and superb service. Yes, the steak variations are really good and worth a price. But 50EUR for 200-300g meat and one oven potato is definitely too much. The salad bar was a mixture of convenience food or joke. And we missed any service. The waiter was doing a job but not on level as expected. He was needed to push him for new drinks. No attendance at all. At the table reservated for our group was definitely too small. Max 50cm for each of us. It should be a separe but in reality it was not possible to state serious topics.
Consolidated, best opportunity for getting steaks in Herning but nothing more than this.

This place is very nice, everything from reservation to the service and the dinner it self runs very smoothly, you will feel very welcome here. You may find better food elsewhere, but probably not at this price level and if you choose their ribs, it will be challenging to find them better anywhere.
Children are taken extra care of, with a small game to pass the time, till the food is served. Something others should copy.....

Very nicely decorated - above average compared to similar places in Copenhagen - clean and very friendly service. Food is great value for money if you go for the all-you-can-eat version, incl. Mongolian Barbecue, Chinese Buffet, Sushi and Deserts. Do not miss out on the ice-cream bar - it really is above expectations for an all-you-can-eat ! As a family living in Herning we come here frequently.

Probably fifth or sixth time I have dinner in this nice resturant, just off the main road in the pedestrian area.
The owner is genuinely intrested in pleasing his guests, and he is a real expert of quality wines. Infact the selection of the wine list is really impressive.
My favourite dish is lamb. Absolutely the best ever. Even compared to the world famous New Zealand's lamb.
It's just the way they prepare it: juicy and cooked to perfection.
You must try it.
Prices reasonable, compared to the quality and to other restaurants in the area.

Definitelly the best-buy is steaks with balognese souce! Especially cheap when you visit on lunch time from 12 to 4pm so steaks only cost 55kr. Also what they have great in here is home made lasagnia. Much better than the other one in menu because it has more spices and it is full of flavours. Also, Karma in walking street is much much better than in Herning centret

Difficult to answer the question. The food is definitely good, best sushi in town (considering that there are not many) It is ridiculously expensive, again not uncommon in Denmark. Service... last time we were there, 3 hours... for some strange reason, the waiter even said that is normal for this menu we order, which was very good, but we had to call the babysitter to stay another hour and really it took just too long between serving and serving. I hope there is a one day thing, because there are not too many choices around here... unless you just give up on sushi!
