Hermosillo (Spanish pronunciation: [eɾmoˈsiʝo] ( listen)), formerly called Pitic (as Santísima Trinidad del Pitic and Presidio del Pitic) is a city located centrally in the northwestern Mexican state of Sonora. It is the capital and largest city as well as the main economic center for the state and region. As of 2015, the city has a population of 812,229 inhabitants, making it the 16th largest city in Mexico. The recent city population spur is due to its recent strong industrialization, especially in the automotive industry.

Good restaurant with a variety of food that has kept up its quality from the start. Service is some of the best in Hermosillo, with everything times perfectly from your appetizer to entres and Deserts. Dinner included complimentary chips and salsa, bread, and a little baileys style shooter drink for dessert. The inside decor is interesting, like a high end vintage circus style. Highly recommend!

If you like beef this place is a must stop for you.
Cuts are oversized, very good served sides, great flavor.
For beef cuts, this is the best place. You'll hear from other, more famous places for steaks, but believe me. you have to visit this place first and then you'll be able to compare the rest.

Everything was great about this restaurant. The food and people were fantastic. The appetizer was great. We had a thin cut tender steak on fajitas. The guacamole and salsa was really good. The main course was a platter of steaks, some of which could be cut with a fork. For dessert we had strawberries cooked with brandy over ice cream that was fantastic to finish off a great dinner. Some English was spoken by a few people which helped, but we were there with Spanish speaking folks as well so it made it much easier.

If you have a steak cut at the table and pay for the weight of the steak......beware of them switching your steak. I know this happened because I asked for and paid for a one inch steak now I understand that there is shrinkage during cooking of meat but I like my steak very rare and do not get a lot of shrinkage. But my steak went from one inch to less than a 1/2 inch between cutting a cooking. No wonder the waiter kept asking “rare?” If I didn’t have guests I would have complained then. Otherwise a fantastic steak as always but next time I will photograph my steak before and after. Maybe keep them honest that way.

Had a really nice lunch here with friends. Great atmosphere and decor. We had chicken curry and our friends had fondue. We pretty much couldn't say no to dessert. Delicious! Suggestions: When you Order the fondue don't expect to get anything other than bread, and the curry chicken sauce is just a bit too sweet, but eatable. Great service, we enjoyed our meal here.

The restaurant was well decorated and had good atmosphere. The food was very tasty and well presented. All staff who serve us was friendly and professional. My colleagues and me really enjoyed our meal at Reforma 255. Definately we will be back!

Apparently the restaurant has little of having been opened. The atmosphere is great. I have been here twice, the first time in the lunch and it was a pleasant experience, although we ask for something simple and fast. The service is not the best. I would say that it is an option for lunch or dinner. They have good wines and a variety of Sonora food dishes. Something that I didn't like is that they want to sell you more expensive options....... we ask for Tequila and bring you the "selección suprema", we ask wine selection and bring you the "Único". There is no doubt that both options are good but I do not think that the right thing to do is to bring the most expensive. The Rib Eye "añejo" I asked was raw and cold. The restaurant gave us some complimentary drinks. I'm having a bittersweet memory...... Although I will come back and try again.
Aparentemente el restaurante tiene poco de haber sido abierto. La atmósfera es grandiosa. He venido dos veces, la primera en el almuerzo y fue una agradable experiencia, aunque pedimos algo sencillo y rápido. El servicio no es de lo mejor. Yo diría que es una opción para el almuerzo o la cena. Tienen buenos vinos y muy diversos platillos de comida sonorense. Algo que no me gusto es que a fuerzas te quieren vender lo más caro, pedimos Tequila y te traen el selección suprema, pedimos vino y te traen el único. No hay duda que ambas opciones son buenas pero no creo que lo correcto sea traer los más caros. El Rib Eye añejo lo pedí al punto y nos lo trajeron crudo. El restaurante nos dio unos tragos de cortesía. Me dejaron con un sabor agridulce. Volveré e intentaré una vez más.

I'm here on business for a while and wanted to try places that locals would eat. I was hesitant when I saw an Italian restaurant so highly reviewed, but the previous reviews and photos of food hinted that this place would offer an incredible experience.
I'm not a food critic and I have not travelled to Italy to sample what people consider authentic, but this chef has serious skills. He puts so much thought in everything he makes (pasta, antipasta, dessert, bread). He's so methodical and you can taste his passion through his food.
I can't wait to come back and sample his genius again. When I leave Hermosillo, this is the place that will linger in my memories forever.

Food was good and the place have air conditioning which is a MUST in this part of the country, parking space available, seats are not comfortable and looks clean. But the attention was terrible and damaged the whole experience, want cheap so you could better go somewhere else and be treated good. No english speakers anywhere, so you have to guess from the menu...

I came here to lunch with 3 friends. The place was full! We sat inside,although outside seems nice,but it was closed(they open this area in then night).
The service was a little slow, but our waiter was nice to us.
Shared a girasole salad with a friend, and order for me a spaguetti tricolore.
I didn't expect the portions to be this big. The salad and the spaguetti were to share for 2 persons.
The salad was very nice and loved the spaguetti. It was simple, but well done and liked the fact that they not spared in the ingredients.
The only downside was the slow service and the lemonade (super sour and sweet).
I will return to this restaurant,and maybe order some wine.
