The food is good, however the website leads one to believe they will enjoy a romantic evening, unfortunately this was not our experience. The tables were set up for 6 and we were stuck between two other couples which seemed like some bizarre social experiment. Unfortunately we had to rush our meal in order to get out of a rather awkward set up. It was a real shame as we had the most romantic experience at the spa.

We went here for breakfast one day and beers another day. Great menu and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, and they had an incentive menu, but could benefit from some seasoning.

This restaurant boasts a venison menu so I was disappointed to be told there was no venison pie. I then chose the fish and chips which was offered at the extremely good price of R40. This was perfectly cooked. My husband opted for the Turkey pie.Unfortunately only half the pie was filled so my husband left the unfilled half. The waitress dealt with this very well by bringing another pie. My husband opened it to find even less filling so didn't eat of it. The waitress said she had shown it to the manager but we received no apology and to make matters worst we still had to pay full price for the meal. This is certainly not the way to ensure customers will return

Our last visit here was not to the standard that we experienced previously, hence it was rated down a notch.
However, on this visit they proved themselves to have redeemed their standards. Floor managers greeted us and welcomed us. Our waitress attended to us promptly, and our orders were served in good time, even though they were busy. The orders were executed correctly, and the pizzas were of the Topolino standard that we experienced previously. It is good that they have recovered, and it is hoped that they keep up their standard.

Had Father's day Dinner here. Best Lamb Chops I have ever eaten. They do wood burned pizzas as well. Tried their Cajun Chicken one with chilli, really good.

Douglas served us 2x nights could not have done enough. On our second night we asked for him again because he was so good.
Visited from U.K. To taste the ribs I haven't had for 14 years when used to live in SA.
Meaty ribs without too much fat - were wonderful.
Their Deserts are enormous and fantastic

We had breakfast on a beautiful spring morning.
The setting and relaxed atmosphere overlooking the river cannot be better.
The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The service was slow, especially considering that it was not busy at all.
We will definitely visit again

as a regular Nandos patron in Durban , we tried out Nandos Hazeyview. The chicken and sides was good and the service was quick and friendly.
