This place came highly recommended by a good friend. We would not have found it otherwise. It's quite hard to find but well worth the effort. It's in a beautiful traditional Revivalist house with many original features. This gives it a slightly formal feel, but never stuffy. The staff were attentive and smiley.
The thing that puts it on another level is the standard of cuisine. It was more sophisticated and more delicious than anything we have had in Bulgaria. It was on a par with any fine dining experiences we have had anywhere in Europe. It was a lovely surprise to discover how delicious they could make a dish of polenta or a dessert of pumpkin. It is very popular with locals so it may be wise to book ahead. Price wise? It cost us around 100lev for four persons, three courses with drinks. i.e. Average price for a Bulgarian restaurant.

Very popular restaurant with locals and tourists alike, outstanding pizzas and outstanding Italian food/menu, they were very attentive and the waiters/waitresses all speak very good English, would definitely recommend visiting here, lovely place to sit and watch the world go by.

The wait staff was very pleasant and attentive, tho did not speak English. The menu is bilingual, Bulgarian/English, so I could easily point to what I wanted. The food was excellent! The salad was just the right size and quite fresh and tasty. The entree was a little large, so didn't get a chance to try the desserts. The outside Terrace was very pleasant. An excellent meal in Haskovo!

The risotto is the best I've eaten and would certainly recommend any seafood. The setting is delightful, arranged around a Fountain and near a children's play area.
Service can be hit or miss, however and we found a warmer welcome in the evenings. The lunchtime/mid afternoon is decidedly indifferent. Our waitress waited until bringing everyone else's food before announcing, there was no Beef Carpaccio for me. She shrugged and walked away without so much as offering an alternative.

It is my favourite place to eat when I am in Haskovo. Food is so delicious. Staff is friendly, they take time to explain the specialties on the menu. Everything is clean and tidy. You don't have to wait too long for your order and also pretty nice wine selection.

We eat there regularly. They have diverse menu from Bulgarian traditional meals to Italian Pizza and Mediterranean fish and fresh salads. Very cozy place with friendly service. Perfect place for organized parties or just a quick brunch.
