We arrived here off a bus from Rach Gia in the hope for getting advice on getting to Kep. Very helpful we just showed up had lunch and they then gave us forms for the visa, helped us fill them in and arranged taxis to bring us to Kep for $35. Great spot. Nice food and ice coffees too!!

Cafe Thuy Tien is a floating platform on the river of Ha Tien.
the staff is friendly and prices are reasonable.
I did not come across any foreigner. I realized this place is not listed so I made a point to share my experience.
the view is simply stunning, the atmosphere relaxing.
I suggest that after a good breakfast at OASIS BAR you relax at Thuy Tien.
they don't speak English but the menu is in English so easy to point out what you want.
we've been waiting there for 1 hour to get our rented motorbike. We spent good time there.
no food served.

Place is empty most night. Very drab and dated. Staff more interested in thier phones rather than serving customers. Is near river so expect mozzies. Also on busy road. Fair walk from town and prices a little on the high side considering they are good 1km from the market.

Went as party of 8 (2 English & 6 Vietnamese). Beer was cold which was good. We ordered beef with satay, beef with cheese, clams, French fries, garlic rice, and goats & pigs udder. We had 1 clam that was bad and smelt rotten and I did not thick much of the udders - to rubbery. The French fries were very good and we ordered 2 lots. In all it was OK but a bit pricey. Cost 895,000vnd.

Visited here many times as is the only place in Ha Tien where you can get proper cappuccino. They only have 1 person who makes it and she has been trained. Unfortunately because of this if she is not there then there is no cappuccino! However, they have a wide variety of other drinks and shakes. You can order food here which is delivered from outside and is very tasty. Seating is Ok. They have a TV which, because the remote is on hand, does tend to get too loud when the younger college crowd come in. There is some outside Seating if it gets too loud. English is very limited but they manage very well. Also has good AC all day.

If you like Vietnamese culture try this place. Cool lounge room with karaoke. Great fun and nice helpful staff and good service. You can get help from english spoken staff.
Cozy and fun place to try in Hả Tiện in central and close to the night market and the street.
The food and drinks is Vietnamese and very delicious.
