Guarulhos (Portuguese pronunciation: [ɡwaˈɾuʎus]) is a Brazilian municipality. It is the second most populous city in the Brazilian state of São Paulo, the 13th most populous city in Brazil, and is also the most populous city in the country that is not a state capital. In the last few years it has outgrown Campinas. It is part of the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo. The population is 1,324,781 (2015 est.) in an area of 318.68 km². It is the most populous non-capital city in the country and has the second-largest GDP in the state, the 8th largest in the country.

Ponto K has a great atmosphere in the most rich and green area of Guarulhos, just 15min drive from the International Airport. They are specialists in 'Costela no Bafo' (Ribs) and 'Picanha' (A premium steak) which are followed by a nice portion of green salad and costs around US$ 20 per person. There are many options of appetizers and drinks, being the best alcoholic ones Caipirinha de sake (approx. $8) and the Brahma chopp (a smooth bier, best of Brazil $3 per glass). Saturdays at lunch time is the best time to go as they also serve the tradicional Feijoada (around U$13 per person). Best is to stay in one of the tables outside which provides a nice view from 'Bosque Maia' (A nice green area). The prices are averaged as they have many sizes which can be shared between 2 or more people.

went here for lunch. they park your car for you as the lot is quite small. the decor in the place is outdated with some old shirts hanging, obviously proud of being Italian. There is a small salad and cheese bar, which you pay by weight. The food menu is fairly extensive and the portions are huge. One meal was shared by three hungry guys and there was a little left over. Not sure I would go here with less than three people. Too much foof for one or two. Quality of the food was very good. They serve it for you. Service was very good as well. Was surprised that they did not serve Italian coffee, just Brazilian (which is still very good). Our lunch bill came to about R$62 per person. We drank water with our meals but had coffee afterwards. I thought it was quite high for a pasta lunch.

This traditional restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Their most famous dish is “parmiggiana steak (or chicken)” which is a deep fried breaded chicken steak, covered with tomato sauce and cheese and au gratin in the over. It comes with white rice, hearts of palm, peas and French fries. It serves at least three (hungry) people. Very good food. You will become a regular when you come to the area.

First time visited a Outback Steakhouse outside of United States and I did not get disappointed. Food was tasty and good quality level. Nearly same menu as in other franchise Outbacks in US. Good beer, good food, good time. Outback Steakhouse Guarulhos can be recommended and I would come back for sure!

I went there t have a business lunch and the place still a enjoable restaurant with good food . The y offer a italian buffet (salads, hot meal, steak and dessert) with good cost efficient way.

É um restaurante português de verdade.
Desde a decoração, passando pelo atendimento, pratos, enfim, um pedacinho de Portugal em Guarulhos.
Provamos bacalhau e sardinhas, cujo sabor nos transportou novamente a Portugal e às praças em que os peixes são oferecidos ao ar livre, só grelhados na brasa!
Atendimento muito bom, comida deliciosa, preço justo! Enfim, vale muito a pena!!

After my flight we found this pub not too far from the airport in São Paulo. There is a strange check in system common to bars in Brazil . You need to show your passport and then set up a check which you pay at the end of the night . It's expensive if you lose the check card so don't make a mistake and leave it around.
It was only a Tuesday night but the atmosphere in what is traditionally an Irish pub was very lively . The menu is in English which helps and there's an extensive selection of beers to chose from as well as local and the usual spirits . The food was very good and large portions and the waiters were friendly.
Most nights is a live band and this night happens to have been an American Classic Rock night with two
Amazingly gifted guitarists and singers. After the pub closed we all went across the road to the gas station and continued to have a party there . Lots of people hang out in the gas station and socialise with chairs outside. Again this is unique to Brazil and very funny to see . Overall I would really recommend this place especially if you are just coming on from a flight or need to kill time before another one . Or just to have a good night out !

Comi esfiha aberta , não tenho dúvidas que usam produtos que qualidade e tal, mas a esfiha não me lembra em nada uma esfiha (a esfiha Árabe, massa fina,com o fubá em.volta) a que servem no Rodrilucio para ser mais uma pizza broto, e achei um pouco 'putufu' e as pizzas tembém me pareceram bem ´bate-intope´e o preço é bem salgado pra região.
