대전 외곽에 있는 유명한 음식점이다.
진한 스프 속에 시레기와 부추 미꾸라지의 작은 뼈가 어우러져 오묘한 식감을 느끼게 한다. 작은 뼈는 씹으면 부서져 국물 속으로 사라진다.

Sur place, c'est le restaurant que les locaux nous ont indiqué comme étant le meilleur de Guemsan. Deux grandes salles en premier étage dont une avec tables et chaises "normales". La spécialité du poulet mariné et cuit pendant 24h avec du Ginseng et des champignons est bonne. Manque de sel et d'ail à mon goût, mais il semble que ce soit partout comme ça. Bon souvenir et service agréable. A tester !

Hot stone pot rice is ok But the nice things grilled fish with special source. Spicy but you will like it. :)

価格もリーズナブル 味もタラの出汁がきいてシンプルだけど魚介の味が良く出てました。 ソウルから車で3時間 田舎の韓国料理が食べられ良かったです。二日間連続で行きましたがまた行きたいです。夫婦でやっていて良い感じでした。

인삼이 유명한 동네답게 아주 많은 인삼
인삼 말고도 많은 약재가 듬뿍 들어간 삼계탕입니다
나머지 밑반찬(김치, 깍두기 등)은 일반음식점보다도 못하고, 평균 이하입니다
금산 인삼시장 가서는 먹어볼만 합니다
