Was across the street from Comfort Inn, visited on Friday night, drive thru was busy so tried it. Menu on wall didn't match online. Was out of all wings, BBQ chicken and fish. Toughest and driest beef brisket ever with little flavor. Pulled pork just ok, mac & cheese, vinegar slaw and fried green tomatoes were good. Was out of Miller Lite, one Mich Ultra left, a few other beer on the menu. Won't go back when in area.

While I've always enjoyed an occasional Starbucks coffee I recently started purchasing whole beans and grinding. I visited Fultondale Sarbucks to purchase "their" Kamodo dragon whole bean coffee. They do not stock it. I called back and asked if they could get it. I was told, "NO". I had to travel to another Starbucks to purchase the coffee. I contacted customer service headquarters and told them what happened. They replied that they didn't know why that would be and suggested I contact the Fultondale manager or I could order online and have it shipped for an additional $4.95..I told them that I don't want to pay another $5 on top of $15.00 coffee and that I'm trying to get "MY LOCAL" Starbucks to stock their product so I can pick it up.
I called Fultondale Starbucks again and asked if they could get it and they said, "NO." I then asked for the manager who told me this coffee is not on their list to order. (Remember that Komodo dragon coffee is Starbucks own brand, not someone else's!). I then contacted Starbucks customer service again and told them what happened. They said they would have to check into it. The reason I'm writing this is that I never heard from them again. I too am in sales and one of the first rules is "Always try to give your customer what they are asking for!"
I remember going into a store with my 12 year old daughter once where all the sales associates were standing around talking. I came into that store to make a $600 purchase. We kept waiting, waiting for some help and never received it. My young daughter turned to me and said, "Daddy. Why do you beg people to take your money?" Her statment was profound. I looked at her and said, "You are right!" We left the store and went to another establishment and spend my $600.00 with a company that was glad to help me and appreciated my business. I told Starbucks this story and advised it is time for me to find me another coffee supplier.

I love knowing I can go into any Chick-fil-A and get exactly what I want, the way I want and not have to double check everything before I leave. This location is no exception! Service with a smile; fast and friendly. Quality and consistency are hallmarks of this chain. This location is also always very clean (as most are) and super convenient for a stop off the interstate. They have it figured out and set the bar for others to follow. Well done CFA!

We had a good time and LOTS of good food. We got exactly what we expect from a good Hibachi/Teppanyaki grill.
The Red Dragon sushi appetizer was very good. Excellent preparation and presentation.
Although the first round of drinks took a bit longer to come than I'd have liked, the second round was right on queue.
The dinner fare was the usual; onion soup, ginger salad, an abundance of fried rice and veggies followed by meat of choice. All prepared, served and tasted as expected.
The staff were friendly and attentive but the chef seemed somewhat bored. In all honesty I suppose I would be too, were I in his shoes...
We ultimately enjoyed the meal and will likely dine here again in future.

Our dinner here was fine, not outstanding. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Plenty of chips and salsa. We tend to rate Mexican restaurants according to their margaritas. This one was quite acceptable. Food was decent.

The small prime rib was absolutely the best Ive had. Wonderful, flavorful experience. The atmosphere and service was excellent. This is worth every penny.

We've eaten at this Five Guys several times, but like all the other Five Guys restaurants, we find the food to always be fresh and hot. Granted, the hamburgers are nothing that special, but it IS real hamburger meat which you don't find at all fast food burger places, but the FRENCH FRIES ARE WORTH THE TRIP! Large portions of freshly cut and fried french fries, now these are worth stopping at Five Guys for! Really folks, over priced? you cant eat much cheaper at McDonalds and the quality of food is far superior! And what about all the FREE peanuts! You won't find anything FREE at other fast food restaurants!

I'm always game to stop for Whataburger whatever the time of day. Maybe it's the bread or the onions or the combination of it all but there's no better fast food burger out there. This restaurant is a frequent stop as we travel to the beach. Had an error on our drink order today but we double checked and they corrected it before leaving the drive thru.

Have always loved Fultondale Bakery! Always friendly staff. I have gotten my son's birthday cake from them every year and have never been disappointed in either the appearance or the taste. The doughnut holes are amazing!
