Ready for something different? Order at the counter, serve yourself. Food was good. Wife loved her three chicken tacos baja style. I had the chicken burrito with baja. Would've preferred the south west. Everything al carte. You do get a small order of chips and salsa with your entre. They have 5 main entrees. Different meats, shrimp, fish. 4 styles. See pics. Uniquely different fare. Really busy and lots of take out goin on. Great local flare. I would check it out again. Large portions, didn't go away hungry.

This hidden gem is found under the Brooks Bridge in Fort Walton Bridge. Delicious lunch fare includes blackened grouper on croissant with fresh salad and burger on croissant. The seasoning on my grouper was exquisite. Many French dishes offered on menu as the chef is from France. We were so pleased with our lunch. I hope to return and try the chicken piccata. The view of the bay is lovely. We ate outside on this beautiful day. Sunset views would be gorgeous here. I highly recommend you eat here. Great restaurant for that special occasion or just a wonderful meal that you will enjoy near the water. I can’t wait to return. Our waiter was very pleasant.

We had the pleasure of having Sunday Brunch at Anglers. The menu was varied with a large selection of breakfast/brunch items, as well as a full lunch menu. It took us quite a while to decide on our selections. The food was prepared as requested. Not only was the presentation done well, but the food was very tasty and satisfying. The view of the Gulf of Mexico while we were eating was a delight. One of the best parts of the experience was our server, Tiffanie. She was prompt, attentive, very pleasant and friendly. She made sure our coffee cups stayed full, and checked back with us numerous times. She was wonderful. Deverek also assisted her and he was efficient and friendly.

We visited Rockin Tacos for dinner. My children are younger than 21 so we did not enjoy any alcoholic beverages.

The waitress brought us several baskets of chips and bowls of salsa. The salsa was outstanding. It exceeded my expectations. As far as the dinner goes, it was your typical beach food with the added bonus of the beach.

The burrito i ordered was large and good. My daughter ordered a hamburger. I know, why would you order at a Mexican restaurant?Well she did and it was not what any of expected. My wife and other children ranked their dinners so-so based on what we end up getting closer to home.

Would I go back, yes. I would end up ordering another item from the menu.

Clemenza's at Uptown

Reviewed By tlawrick - Springfield, Illinois

Happened on this restaurant while visiting Fort Walton Beach. Seated immediately. Waiter was very nice and attentive. I went with the Homemade Eggplant Parmesan over Pasta (listed as a customer favorite) and mom got Spaghetti w/Bolognase Sauce. Dissapointed that pasta does not come with any type of bread, we ordered two garlic rolls. They looked more like what we would call a garlic knot and seemed pricey at 2 for $3, but they were very good. Food was presented nicely and was truly delicious - portions were very generous and we should have stopped eating sooner, but we ‘forced ourselves’ to finish every last bite. :-) It was that good. I would agree with some other reviewers that it is a tad pricey for lunch; however, this is not fast food - it is a very nice restaurant with excellent service and quality food. Worth every penny in our opinion. Would definitely recommend and would revisit if ever in FWB again.
