The great outdoors is likely to feature prominently in any vacation to Fort Walton Beach. There are two public golf courses in Fort Walton Beach, The Oaks and The Pines, while championship courses such as the one at Regatta Bay are within easy reach. Sea anglers have the opportunity for some fine shore or boat fishing, hunting down the big game fish which populate the waters off the Florida coast. The more adventurous may wish to go surfing - or even take instruction and perform a parachute jump!

My son just moved near this place so we stopped in on Saturday- so delish-I had the grilled amberjack with fried onions and succotash( which was warm and prefer it cold)-son had the grilled platter with fried okra and fries- all plates were gone except the succotash- we took him a menu home so he will be back and how convenient to have a drive thru- tables were full but by the time the food was ready we had a spot!

All dishes are prepared in one of four signature styles including baja, chipotle, bbq, and southwest. Our chicken and steak are slow roasted for up to 7 hours. Our fish selection includes Mahi and our Catch of the Day which varies by season. Popular menu items include blackened shrimp tacos "baja style", steak nachos "chipotle style", and chicken burritos "southwest style". We are 100% family owned and operated.
Ready for something different? Order at the counter, serve yourself. Food was good. Wife loved her three chicken tacos baja style. I had the chicken burrito with baja. Would've preferred the south west. Everything al carte. You do get a small order of chips and salsa with your entre. They have 5 main entrees. Different meats, shrimp, fish. 4 styles. See pics. Uniquely different fare. Really busy and lots of take out goin on. Great local flare. I would check it out again. Large portions, didn't go away hungry.

This hidden gem is found under the Brooks Bridge in Fort Walton Bridge. Delicious lunch fare includes blackened grouper on croissant with fresh salad and burger on croissant. The seasoning on my grouper was exquisite. Many French dishes offered on menu as the chef is from France. We were so pleased with our lunch. I hope to return and try the chicken piccata. The view of the bay is lovely. We ate outside on this beautiful day. Sunset views would be gorgeous here. I highly recommend you eat here. Great restaurant for that special occasion or just a wonderful meal that you will enjoy near the water. I can’t wait to return. Our waiter was very pleasant.

Been to destin a lot over the years and eat seafood as much as possible but love mexican. Decided to try this place since it was rated #9 of 186 of all rest in Fort Walton...was so glad we did! we got Chipotle chicken flatuas and beef burrito which is really big and they gave us the chips with 3 sauces as an appetizer (guac, salsa, queso). it was all so delicious!!! You get handed a menu when u walk in order at counter then find a seat in or on patio.then they wait on u constantly with refills. The appetizers are bottomless and gave me some to go! They even have a hot sauce bar u can try difft kinds of hot sauces but I didn't want heartburn :) wish one of these places was back home.they top even our go to mexican places. Very very good flavors and service. It's the purple bldg very close on eglin pkwy from the miracle strip. Please open up shop somewhere closer to us in North Alabama/Huntsville area....I'm craving some now! Thank you!

We wanted something other than the standard chain locations and found Asiago's Skillet. Breakfast was delicious! I got the seafood omelet...crab and shrimp! It was yummy! They brought an entire pot of coffee to the table! That is my style!! A little pricey for a standard breakfast (mine was $15), but wonderful!

I didn't expect a styrofoam cup for morning coffee or disposable forks and knives. Jelly and butter in little packets. I ordered a la carte because I'm allergic to eggs. With those things being said, my friend said her scrambled eggs were delicious. The cheese...MoreThanks for taking time to review us and hope yall make it back again.

Anglers Beachside Grill, a Fort Walton Beach restaurant, has been open since 1999. It stands at the entrance of the long time landmark, Okaloosa Island Pier. Angler's Specializes in full service beach weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, or any corporate/group dining event.
We had the pleasure of having Sunday Brunch at Anglers. The menu was varied with a large selection of breakfast/brunch items, as well as a full lunch menu. It took us quite a while to decide on our selections. The food was prepared as requested. Not only was the presentation done well, but the food was very tasty and satisfying. The view of the Gulf of Mexico while we were eating was a delight. One of the best parts of the experience was our server, Tiffanie. She was prompt, attentive, very pleasant and friendly. She made sure our coffee cups stayed full, and checked back with us numerous times. She was wonderful. Deverek also assisted her and he was efficient and friendly.

We visited Rockin Tacos for dinner. My children are younger than 21 so we did not enjoy any alcoholic beverages.
The waitress brought us several baskets of chips and bowls of salsa. The salsa was outstanding. It exceeded my expectations. As far as the dinner goes, it was your typical beach food with the added bonus of the beach.
The burrito i ordered was large and good. My daughter ordered a hamburger. I know, why would you order at a Mexican restaurant?Well she did and it was not what any of expected. My wife and other children ranked their dinners so-so based on what we end up getting closer to home.
Would I go back, yes. I would end up ordering another item from the menu.

Happened on this restaurant while visiting Fort Walton Beach. Seated immediately. Waiter was very nice and attentive. I went with the Homemade Eggplant Parmesan over Pasta (listed as a customer favorite) and mom got Spaghetti w/Bolognase Sauce. Dissapointed that pasta does not come with any type of bread, we ordered two garlic rolls. They looked more like what we would call a garlic knot and seemed pricey at 2 for $3, but they were very good. Food was presented nicely and was truly delicious - portions were very generous and we should have stopped eating sooner, but we ‘forced ourselves’ to finish every last bite. :-) It was that good. I would agree with some other reviewers that it is a tad pricey for lunch; however, this is not fast food - it is a very nice restaurant with excellent service and quality food. Worth every penny in our opinion. Would definitely recommend and would revisit if ever in FWB again.
