Har været her flere gange, bla til "farlig fredag", et arrangement, hvor man ikke kender menukortet. Ét er sikkert, man får 6 fantastiske retter med tilhørende vine. Superb.
Holdt min 60 års fødselsdag her, og alt var i absolut topklasse. Skal du holde fest?, gør det her.

vi reserverede et bord til to og selvom der var mange gæster fandt man alligevel en god plads til os på trods af det korte varsel.
forretten var en fiskeanretning og smagte fantastisk, hovedretten noget med röstis og oksefilet kombineret med en vin efter vores eget valg og kaffe bagefter... alt sammen fantastisk lækkert og både en ung mand, kokken og fruen i huset servicerede os ved bordet, med god tid og fantastisk service selvom der var travlt overalt, en rigtig god oplevelse som vi helt sikkert vil gentage

We visited this restaurant 3 generations for dinner.
Excellent "core" food to be expected from this kind of traditional restaurant. We have eaten here a couple of times and tried most of the menu. Everything has been very satisfactory and more than can be expected both in quality and size.
Highly recommended!
We have had italian starter (ham and mozzarella) and Vinbergssnegler. We have had all the "bøfs", the schnizel, the "rødspette" and all has been excellent.

The very small and shabby room was absolutely terrible. Bed sheets not covering the box mattresses, Dirty sofa with springs almost broke. Toilet/bath without any toiletries. Television in front of window so not possible to see without darkening the room. Over over over priced. 970DKK!!! Try anything else before going here. Rip off!

Vi tog en æggekage, denne kan varmt anbefales, der er meget og den er god og så med en god FUR øl til, så skal der bare nydes. Dejligt smilende personale og hurrtig betjening

The cafe is next to the pleasure boat marina (not the commercial harbour near the ferry crossing) and has good views across the marina and out into the fjord. The cafe has a limited menu of traditional Danish food, with good sized portions at a very reasonable price. If you order the platter, you get a starter and main together. You order the food and alcoholic drinks on the way in, collect your soft drinks from the counter then choose your table. Wine and beer are served at the table. There are a number of alcoves/small rooms if you do not want to be in with the crowd. Payment is made at the counter, on the way out.
Note that the cafe is run by a couple who do things the way that suits them. That includes not accepting any form of payment except cash in Danish crowns!

Trend Kro has a motel part, where I stayed, and also a camping site with some cabins and space for camping wagons or mobile homes. The motel room was spacious, with beds for three persons. Furniture is basic and so is the lighting. These rooms have wifi available. The bathroom is also basic. The building has walls that lets sound carry between rooms. Prices are quite reasonable, though. The main building houses the restaurant, which offers a small but varied menu with home cooking. Trend Kro also has its own butcher's - meaning that meat quality, in particular, is excellent. Fish and crustaceans would be fresh from the fjord a stone's throw away. The meals are ample, though not haute cuisine. There is a selection of drinkables. Trend Kro also has a separate bar, which to me looked dark and untidy and not very inviting (though this was in the off season and some laxness may be understandable). Staff was friendly and the place in general looked clean.

Only positive point was the sushi.. Very fresh. The rest was quite dissapointing... A lot of cold food. (We took the buffet)

We have been there in 8 people to get a lunch. Italian food, Greek food and some local specials. Really wide choice. We take everybody something else and everything tasted good. Nice owners gage some candies to children for goodbye. The most surprised us really low price - about 60 euro for food for 8 people with drinks. Highly recommended!
