We stopped here based upon TA reviews. Unfortunately, for a place that's a coffee shop first & cafe second, the brewed coffee I had was not good. Also, they didn't have cream or half & half to go with it... puzzling. We ordered sandwiches that were very good (chicken salad & a Reuben) and generous along with bowls of potato leek soup. Soup didn't seem homemade-no flavor to it... salads may have been a better choice. The peanut butter pie, fortunately, was a home run! Check was approx $22 plus tip. Place had a nice vibe, was clean & looked like it had an outdoor courtyard in back for when weather warms up.

Great coffee and tea. I normally just have coffee Americana but often have a mocha blender in the afternoon. Both are great. The staff are wonderful.

Just passing through, and after reviewing El Dorado options on TripAdvisor, we picked this place. Lunch version of Cashew Chicken was good and reasonably priced. Seafood Combination was also good, with quality ingredients and well-portioned. My only issue was the sauce was very bland; I asked for some hot spice which helped, but sort of clashed. The atmosphere and service were very good.

After traveling nearly 3500 miles we were craving a real beef hamburger with fries. Tried out Freddy's and we were delighted with every thing we ordered. Hamburgers were fantastic, real beef cooked with crispy edges and soft fresh buns. The fries are thin and crispy. The service was excellent. The place was very clean. We topped off our meal with their signature turtle sundaes and found them to be superb. Highly recommend Freddy's for a good old fashioned burger and fries with a turtle sundae for dessert.

I have never tried their donuts or coffee, but they have to be good (there is a constant flow of patrons). They have bierocks! They are large, have large pieces of cooked cabbage blended with ground beef, and the combination with the seasonings gives a very good and unique flavor. They are quite different from any other bierock I have ever had, and I like them, but then, I like boiled cabbage. Anytime, I am in El Dorado, KS (before Noon), I try to stop in here to get a bierock. I have tried the jalapeno sausage in a blanket, and it was not quite so good.

Simply cannot say enough good things about this little old-fashioned donut shop> It opens at 2 am and they also have biscuits and gravy, and breakfast burritos. The donuts and giant rolls are so good, with MANY MANY flavor selections and styles. The gal who runs it is good with folks, and they take credit cards and have a drive through. Ample seating, and free papers.

Dilly Deli provides fresh built breakfast and lunch sandwiches in the heart of downtown El Dorado, KS day in and day out. We use award winning meats on our sandwiches and pair them with home-made spreads and tasty bread. Take a look at our menu on our website.
We chose to eat here for dinner based on TripAdvisor reviews. This deli is actually a coffee shop by another name (Brew Co Coffeehouse) that happens to serve deli food at the same counter.
Our food was not very good. The sandwiches were sloppily made. The soup was ice cold, we asked for it to be re-heated and got only very lightly luke warm soup that stayed warm for 2 bites. The potato salad had so much mayo that it was like eating a bowl of mayonnaise with a few potatoes it in - only ate a few bites and didn't finish it.
Overall, we were disappointed we ate here. Will not eat here again!

We love riding our motorcycles over here to get the ice cream. BIG servings and always delicious. The staff is always patient while you're trying to pick out which flavor you want. Always spotless whenever you walk in.

Decided to go somewhere else for Saturday lunch with my daughters. BIG MISTAKE!!
Menu was limited and what I think seemed to be on the pricey side for what you get. The "Buffet" looked awful, so we ordered from the menu. The chicken chimi was bland as was the rice. Both girls ordered nachos and was only brought out one order , then add to wait about 10 more minutes for my chimi to come out. The salsa was the worst we've ever had. The wait staff never came back to refill our water. This must be a family owned restaurant because there was a bunch of little kids running around and there only a few customers in there that was elderly. What a waste of money and time on this place!

They were open late so we stopped and we were glad we did. Something for everyone, even the kids. Had to substitute one of our choices, but everything was very good. Prices were reasonable. Loved the bathroom decor and the choices for sports were plenty on multiple TVs.
