Can't fault this restaurant. The staff are always friendly, the food is to die for, all washed down with a great selection of wine, beer and soft drinks. What else could you want. We had a lovely family meal for my parent’s 60th Wedding Anniversary. The food was delicious and our waiter Acacio was very attentive and thoroughly entertaining. He made the already perfect visit, even more enjoyable. At the end of the meal, my parents were given a complimentary dessert with a candle in and an anniversary card that really made their day. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant and the staff (especially Acacio) and will be back....soon!

We were taken out to lunch by some friends and chose Morgans - what an excellent decision that was.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and took great delight in explaining some of the items on the menu.
For starters everybody had the soup of the day (leek and potato) which was lovely. Then we all chose something different for main course: sea bass, chicken breast with parma ham, veal vienese whilst I had the scampi in a cream and brandy sauce. All of us were very impressed with the quality, freshness and quantity. We all managed to save some space for pudding: tiramisu, apple pie, pistacchio ice-cream. Again all lovely.
There was a wide selection of courses available, together with set menus, and we will definitely go back to try some of the other dishes as all of the meals chosen by the other diners looked and smelled delicious.
Thank you to the owner and all his staff for a very enjoyable lunch. We look forward to seeing you again in the not too distant future, perhaps choosing to eat early evening rather than lunchtime.

Wow what a great night. The set menu was exceptionally good value for money. £25 for 2 courses & £30 for 3 courses. The choice on the set menu was extensive including 3 different steaks, traditional Greek food & sea food. We were 8 people & had starters of homous, vine leave, garlic mushrooms, crispy prawns & salmon. We chose steaks, mixed grilled, Prawn pillaf & lamb shanks. We were offered free hot fresh bread on arrival with butter. Our glasses were never empty, the service was impeccable. All food was hot, fresh & cooked perfectly, all our dishes came out on time & together.
There was free entertainment, Elvis impersonator, singing & dancing. The owners provided dressing up gear, Christmas crackers & a free glass of bucks fizz with New Years gateau ( homemade )
This restaurant is a real gem & myself, family & friends are regular visitors. Book months ahead to assure your seat on New Year’s Eve as all seats are generally sold out by November.

What can I say that hasn’t been said before? This is the best restaurant in Eastbourne. The food is astonishing, the ambience Wonderful and so welcoming. It’s excellent value for money too.
It’s also no wonder that you have to book ahead to secure a table. A highly sought after establishment.
And a credit to Carmen and Andrew for bringing such a gem to Eastbourne. Amazing place. Great service. Superb food.

I had wanted to try this restaurant for some time have seen rave reviews on Facebook from an Italian friend & I wasn't disappointed! As the title suggest you get proper Italian food not English/Italian as is the norm in Eastbourne. I visit Italy a lot & it was just like being over there again. The staff were lovely & friendly & the food was delicious. It won't be long before we are back again!

I was with my daughter who is vegan. She suggested a late breakfast at Amy's Cafe. On arrival a light and airy place. Nice Seating at good sized tables with very clean looking lines. The staff were very attentive but not overbearing. The menu was not vast but the food, cooked to order, was excellent. Very good portions. On a day's coach outing to the seaside and If you want to eat in a location not far from the pier and seafront, this is the place for you.

A friendly café-restaurant with an outstanding and reasonably-priced lunch buffet plus a number of Italian specialities, sometimes with a concession to Uk taste. One of the few places in Eastbourne where you can get a good expresso and where they understand the meaning of a "caffè lungo".
