Adının anlamını merak ederek girdiğim bu mekanin bir mudavimi olarak çıktım. Icerideki sıcak kanlı arkadaşlar ve lezzetli menuler ile beni kendine bağladı. Iceriye girdiğinizde, illaki kendi seçiminiz önemli ama, seçimi garson arkadaslara bırakın onlar size en lezzetlisini sunacaktır.

This is a super clean restaurant bustling with locals at lunch time. They do not get man foreign visitors. The owner was so proud of his doner meat he brought me some to taste beforehand and my doner durum wrap was just superb. Well done, Mert

Anyone who has spent much time trying to find good non-Turkish restaurants in Istanbul knows the sad truth that such eateries basically don't exist. I've been disappointed by Chinese, Thai, and Indian already, so I was skeptical about Habesha despite the good word of mouth reviews I've heard. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Habesha, however. Finding the restaurant on Ekrem Sokak isn't difficult, though the entry to the restaurant itself is a bit odd--you enter a club called She-va and then take a staircase up to the second floor to get to the restaurant. Once there, however, I found myself in a nicely decorated room. There were few other customers eating while I was there, though I was a bit early for dinner (around 6 pm on a weeknight). As a vegetarian, I ordered the yesom bebianeto, a veggie sampler platter, which was absolutely delicious. At around 20 TL for my dish, I also thought it was quite reasonably priced for Taksim-area food. For those looking for a drink with dinner, the restaurant also serves alcohol. All in all, I can't wait to go back!

What a surprise this little restaurant was. The food was really tasty and served by lovely people. We were made very welcome and although we had some language difficulties we ended up with a delicious meal. The fish was really fresh.
We would certainly eat here again if we could.

Looks like the usual "English Pub Abroad" - notwithstanding you'd never find anything like it in UK. Very welcoming staff and nice ambience.
Food was good. 4 of us around the table. I had the lamb shank - excellent, tender and tasty with nice al-dente vegetables. One of my companions had the fish and chips - massive portions. Another had the Penne which they thoroughly enjoyed; the arrabbiata sauce was nice and spicy. The final member of the group had the Bangers and Mash - a little disappointed as it was a frankfurter rather than the authentic sausage but the gravy was excellent.
Good service.
Total, with 3 rounds of drinks, was TRY 280.

I went to Cappello with some of my friends it is such great place to go, if you like to enjoy fantastic Italian food in great comfortable environment.
We have pleasure to taste most the options on the menu card but I have to say it was one of the best Pizza`s and Lasagne that I have had so far in my life. The same on the desert the Tiramisu and cake of the day is a mazing. And if you are lucky you get served by the very friendly owner and kitchen chef Ahmet Demirhan
