Good food, atmosphere, prices and excellent service! With that combination you can not go wrong!!! I got the chicken, ribs and pulled pork combo with sides and everything was good. Wife had the pulled pork sandwich with mac and cheese and she had no complaints!! Amanda was a server and she was top notch. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!! Had to call a tow truck to pull me up outta my seat!! :)

Have not had a single bad experience here. The BBQ is great, the portions are sizeable, and the price is decent. Jucy's has an "old-time" decor with old pictures of planes, license plates, etc. adorning the walls. Small back room is suitable for groups of around 15-20.

Red Pepper Deli

It's in a mini strip mall and could easily be missed. Fortunately, I used TripAdvisor to find this place. The sandwiches are reasonably priced. We actually had the pick two option-1/2 sandwich and soup. My Benedictine and bacon sandwich was fine and the tomato/artichoke soup was good-and different. My wife had some sort of Turkey sandwich and chicken noodle soup that was good. This also comes with a small bag of chips for $7.50. Service was OK and the ambiance was-meh. The good news is that there is a yogurt place directly next(no wall separating it) door. It's much like Orange Leaf but I believe a little less expensive. This is a good lunch and dessert option if you are at Yew Dell Gardens or antique shopping nearby.

Mexican restaurant with full service bar

We eat here frequently, most often takeout. It is always ready in about 10 minutes. I order chick fajitas, which are pretty good. My husband orders the Burrito California and he thinks it is very good. I love their tortilla chips. We can eat a bag fairly quickly. My biggest concern is the price of the food. The quality of the food does not justify the prices charged. I think the food is overpriced.

We were visiting family and needed to grab something since they weren't at home at the time and we didn't want to cook in their house. This restaurant was near their house.

We got sushi, chicken fried rice, and chicken teriyaki all to go. It was fabulous!! The hot mustard was homemade and was so good. The sushi was perfect.

When we come back for a family visit, we plan to go in and get the full experience. If take out is this good, the sit down dinners must be awesome!

Pizzas were plentiful and TASTY...and constantly being replaced as they disappeared. The salad bar was nice and offered several toppings. Service was much more attentive than on my last visit. The tables seemed in better condition, but with families allowing children to stand and hang over the booths I can see the staff have a chore trying to keep this clean. I will be back. Enjoy!

The food at Red Pepper Deli is very good. The sandwiches are large. We like to get pasta salad as a substitute for chips. Recommend calling in your order to shorten the wait time. Very popular with locals. Friendly staff. Food is very reasonably priced. Recommend the Benedictine which has bacon and cream cheese.

A Taste of Thai

Reviewed By Richard F - Louisville, Kentucky

Today we tried food we've never had before. Thai food is something new for us but, figured it had to be similar to our favorite, Chinese Food. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly server who showed us to a table. It was after the lunch peak so there were only 4 other people eating. They serve the lunch prices until 3:00 so we had plenty of time to order. Everything on the menu was strange to us so we had to ask a lot of questions of the server and she gave us some suggestions. I opted for something with chicken, rice and vegetables. You can add shrimp, so I did for $1.50. My wife also got some kind of chicken dish but, no shrimp. The server asked what kind of spice level between 1-5 we wanted. Since we were not familiar with this type of food we asked for a suggestion. We settled on a 1/2. Our orders arrived in a reasonable time. The servings were fair portions but, not like we are used to at our favorite Chinese Food places. The chicken was very thinly sliced and a small portion. Not much flavor. The extra shrimp I ordered was just 3 small shrimps. The amount of vegetables was also small but, there was an over abundance of onions. I like spicy food but, the 1/2 I opted for was enough to mask the flavors and open my sinuses. Overall the food was not bad, I just did not care for it. The reason I gave this place a 2 star is because I watched who I believed to be the owner/manager go in and out of the kitchen and then gravitate over to a table in the corner next to the bar. He seemed like he was giving a couple sitting there special attention. After a time he sat down on a bar stool next to them and carried on a conversation. One of my pet peeves is when a owner/manager is present and has the time but, does not take the time to greet and/or thank the people who are there supporting the business. I would not care if he wanted to sit down and talk to someone but, with only 4 people in the place he could have taken a minute out to recognize the rest of us before that. That would have been enough for me to return. Too bad, because I certainly will not return. There are way too many other good choices out there.
