We keep trying to love The Tracks, but we've reached our max of giving it a chance.
If you like being ignored, stuffed in a corner while waiting, being told 30min and after an hour still not even close, standing 3 rows deep at the bar to just get a beer while waiting and watching only the seated patrons receive their 2nd & 3rd beverages - just to name a few issues - then by all means visit The Tracks.
Customer service? Where is it?
There were a handful of physical tables in the very spacious outdoor area....Why not fill the space? Well, when we asked, they said the kitchen couldn't keep up.
Not worth the bad treatment and never ending wait!
Maybe we're invisible.

Probably one of the best small donut shops I've been to. Not a huge chain so everything is made fresh and hot. The have a drive through, are very quick and courteous and really enjoy dealing with baked goods. They serve some special seasonal drinks as a bonus but you may want to grab your mocha from your favorite spot because I wasn't too excited by my drink. Not allot of seating in the busy place but grab a quick bite and enjoy the deliciousness.

Had the special the other day, the apple bread Turkey sandwich with cranberry Mayo was amazing! Service is always excellent, super efficient and friendly! Will be back :) Wish they would open one toward Arlington Heights.

I love eating at this Restaurant when I’m in town visiting my sister. We always get Awesome service. The food is so delicious and plentiful I take leftovers home for my husband. The staff have always been attentive and accommodating.
The restaurant is always clean and smelling great. Thanks da Baffone for keeping us coming back.

Was looking for a good place to get some good meat for a nice birthday dinner. Though the website is for the tapas restaurant, there is s butcher shop inside that offers the absolute best cuts of beef in the area!
Talk to the master of the butcher shop if he's there, an 85 yr old meat craftsman, who will provide you with recommendations. We ended up buying the Boston Broil cuts of tender steak, rolled up with Parmesan cheese, parsley, and Italian seasoning, which were certainly enough for 4 persons... BUT, I could not resist also purchasing one of the beautifully cut "Tomohawk" steaks! It's been well over 12 hours, and I think I am still digesting the beef overload that we grilled for dinner last night. But oh how delicious!

We love Cucina Bella. There food is excellent especially their two different eggplant dishes. It is loud there when filled due to the structure of the building. On slower nights it is a lot better

I really love breakfast, and this place not only does it to perfection hands down each and every time-it feels like a mini french style vacation to visit. Love everything about it- Truly done with style...selections are like no other in the area..MUST DINE HERE~~

The atmosphere is great. They throw you into prohibition with their great displays. They’re famous for their beef sandwich which most of the family will get. Some wet, some with gravy on the side. I personally like the chili cheese dogs. Barnelli’s is in the same building and has great Italian food. My favorite there is the lasagna and my wife’s is the garbage salad. The chocolate cake is a sole reason to go, but I prefer the strawberry shortcake.

This is a little place but big on selections---there are over 20 sub selections---the most famous is the Al Capone and although these are gourmet subs, the prices hover around $8.99..there's also burgers and dogs if you sillily don't want one of these great subs...combos are available with soup or salad or chili...it's a family owned business, always popular, always good. And yes, there is a kids menu and brownies for dessert! We travel from Crystal Lake to get subs here, so what does that tell you?
