Adrian's Frozen Custard

Reviewed By Joanne L - Forest Park, Illinois, United States

Adrian's Frozen Custard is so delicious. It is a good thing I don't live close by or I'd be stopping there several times a week. This used to be a favorite stop of our family after a day of water skiing on Brown's Lake 30+ years ago. Recently we were in the area and stopped for a treat. Adrian's Frozen Custard is just as delicious as we remembered it.

We were visiting family in Burlington and decided to return to Lucky Star. We had been here before but we like Mexican food and we really like Lucky Star. Besides, our granddaughters like it too! Our server was quite personable and friendly with great menu knowledge and recommendations. We will most certainly return on our next trip to Burlington.

Great downtown community center coffee house and entertainment center. We loved sitting in the window with coffee and a couple of sandwiches watching the locals come and go. Nice WiFi, a good selection of sandwiches and pastry, and great coffee, this popular place is where we like to spend our money. Keep up the good work.

This little breakfast restaurant has been in business for many many years! It was around when I was a kid and now I'm in my late thirties and it's still there. The food is absolutely amazing with wonderful prices and a great wait staff. It's a very small place though so don't plan on bringing a very large group. Older place with such a downtown Wisconsin charm! Nice little sunroom type area to eat as well. Unique little gem but don't expect fancy! Go for the good food, great prices, and awesome waitresses! Definitely a Burlington hometown fav!!!!

Napoli Restaurant & Pizzeria

Excellent real Italian Food; owned by first and second generation Italian-American family.

I don’t hand out 5 stars too often. But Napoli is excellent. Great food, awesome pizza, and really affordable. We all (7 of us) all ordered something different and it all came together and all really good. Loved the pizza and baked pasta.

Great service and good house wine.

Every time I get coffee from here, it's never the same. Their service is so inconsistent. I always order a frappe...sometimes it has whip, sometimes whip and chocolate, sometimes neither. The flavor is always different too, ranging from only being able to taste the flavoring to today where it tastes so unbelievably watered down, you can barely tell what it's supposed to taste like. Not to mention half of their younger employees act like they'd rather be anywhere but making your coffee. I am almost always disappointed by this establishment and I am honestly not sure why I keep giving them a chance to redeem themselves. The only time I have a positive experience there is when the woman who I assume to be the owner is there and for how expensive their coffee is, I'd expect to have a positive, consistent experience every time.

Fred's Burgers

Fred's is a diner/bar - homestyle cookin, great burgers....time to list them! ; )

Reviewed By Anna H - Chicago, IL

Fred's is a wood paneled bar where the reason to go is to have a burger. Place your order at the bar. There are a few different options on the menu, and all are prepared medium, unless you specify otherwise. The burgers are seasoned nicely and contain delicious toppings, with a buttered bun and pickle slices on the side. The house made potato chips are excellent.
There are 9 different drafts, including Sprecher root beer for the kids.
Service was very efficient and friendly at this family-run place.

A small family owned business with great authentic Mexican food. The reason I can make this statement is having made numerous visits and locations in Mexico, this is very good.
The one thing I do enjoy is when you get their homemade chips, they come with 3 different sauces .One other thing I should mention is they do have a daily special. The last thing I will mention is the RED HOT SAUCE,is very hot and good and if you are not used to hot foods, try a little and you be the judge.
