This small retail dairy establishment has the best products in all of the area. The fresh product from local farms tastes like the old days when milk was bought in a gallon jar with the cream on top! The ice cream is beyond tasty.... believe me..... the peach and praline flavors are to die for! I highly recommend you try it when travelling through Buhl!

We ordered the mocajete. A dish with chicken, rice, cautus, cheeses, other seasonings served in a hot clay pot. This dish is rarely on the menu at other Mexican restauranrs. La Plaza had it we were pleasantly surprised. The other menu items looked good! As we are 2 days in town, hope we get back here again!

My wife is from Idaho, and has bragged about finger steaks. I took a while to find them, but this great little place has them! They are very good. I recommend Old Home Cooking & Crafts! We added an order of fried pickles.

The service was friendly and attentive. The portions are very large with ample sides. I had the rib eye steak, which came with salad, soup, a large dinner roll, green beans and mashed potatoes. The steak was not super tender, but was flavorful and cooked medium rare as requested. There was some gristle along one side of the steak. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak, which came with the same accompaniments.

We were a group of six choosing different things from the menu.
Complimentary tortilla chips and tomato salsa arrived while we waited.
The food, all of it delicious, arrived together.
Generous portions, authentic flavours of home cooked Mexican food.
My Chimi was stuffed with huge chunks of tender meat and smothered in a lovey spicy sauce.

The young people that own and work in this little restaurant are uplifting and all smiles as they take your order. And the food and drinks are top notch. So go and enjoy. I try to eat here at least twice a month

After eating at a lot of American Style restaurants while on vacation, we opted for Kim Long. The combos are like you'd order at a mall food court so my wife and I each ordered 2 entrees with 2 sides, each about $8.
It was quickly prepared and delivered to our table. It was good and tasty. The staff was very friendly and efficient.

Miss the old owners. It doesn't have the same signature taste that it had 10 to 15 years ago. They are trying will give them credit for it.

we have often eaten at subway in buhl. the restaurant is always very clean, and the workers are very friendly. we have also picked up 6-foot long sandwiches for special occasions and have been extremely impressed by that service. everything is packed well, sandwich condiments have been so generous!
