Pleasant atmosphere and very nice entertainment on a Saturday night. The food was average to good, but the wines by the glass were all pretty bad. The wine list was not much better. Too bad they recently received their liquor license!!

after several visits here, it is only absent-mindedness that I have not yet given this restaurant the excellent rating and review it deserves.
with a standard new jersey Italian menu and a few specials of the day, what makes ancona excellent is the consistently fresh and spot-on preparation of each dish. we can vouch for the osso bucco, the veal ancona, the veal francaise, the pork chops, .. having forgotten the dishes praised by our friends had. the salads and soups are always fresh and well presented. the chocolate soufflé and an espresso are a perfect end. the service is always just right, accommodating all requests and attending to details without hovering over you.

Their website says they open at 6:00AM. We got there at 6:10AM on a Monday and there were no bagels at all. We were traveling back home to Charlotte and wanted to take bagels home with us and get a bagel breakfast sandwich for the road. When we got there, the gentleman told us that some of the bagels would be ready on 10-15 minutes. We needed to get on the road and couldn't wait. Very disappointed. We went around the corner to Noah Bagel and they had lots of bagels made and ready to go.

Had dinner New years Eve 20017 party of 10 The place was FREEZING I had to wear my coat all night when we went to the rest room it was worst !!! Asked to put heat up never made it better the whole night was un comfortable ....Shame on You

This is a typical Dunkin Donuts with the normal menu. the interior is done nicely was updated in the last year. Service at the counter is prompt and depending which staff is there can be very friendly and helpful. People preparing sandwiches are excellent, fast and follow food safety requirements. And as always, wonderful coffee.

Wonderful food in a lovely setting, especially for a small town, family run restaurant. Unfortunately, when they renovated, they got a little too big for their boots and, as of a year ago at least, were terribly disorganized during the holiday season. On a weekend night, it can be quite crazy there with take out orders and people waiting. Perhaps they have gotten their act together because as good as their food was, the service was poor and it just made me too frustrated to want to go through all the hassle. Hope it's gotten better because it IS yummy!!! SO many kinds of pizza and their chicken parm sandwich is delish!!!!

We have not been here in a while, and they have not lost a beat. Excellent food, good service in a bright and clean restaurant. It was a quiet Saturday evening the restaurant about half full mostly families have dinner.
The chicken wonton is flavorful with thin skinned wontons that are full of chicken. Entrees were flavorful and at the low heat level that we requested. Always worth a visit back.
