Am căutat și am testat, am întrebat și am cercetat și după mult timp am găsit preparatele perfecte. Ce înseamnă preparatul perfect?! Păi nimeni nu poate exprima în cuvinte senzația trăită în momentul în care gustă o mâncare care are textura ideală pentru că a fost gătită la o temperatură perfecta, ținută în cuptor doar cât să obțină frăgezimea ideală și chiar înainte să piardă din suculența și aroma specifică scoasă la aer - dar lângă așa ceva trebuie pus și o garnitură. Desigur, orez, cartofi, legume se găsesc peste tot - dar aceste garnituri trebuie tratate cu foarte mare atenție pentru că însoțesc preparatul perfect și nu trebuie să-l distragă, doar să însoțească gustul pe la fiecare papilă gustativă în parte. Un îndrumător al felului principal care trebuie să se ridice până la aceeași înălțime, dar să nu-l depășească, să nu-i preia triumful. Trebuie să acceptăm că după o așa petrecere a papilelor gustative trebuie pus un strat dulce acoperitor pentru o mai bună digestie - desertul perfect. Este adevărat că sunt multe posibilități, dar nimic nu se poate compara cu un strat subțire de brânză proaspătă de vaci învârtită prin griș după care să fie batjocorită cu vanilie și rom - toate aruncate într-o mare de pesmet. Ar fi chiar o dovadă de lipsă de respect să nu pui o marmeladă de la bunici lângă cu care să...socializeze . Toate ca toate, dar toate aceste preparate au un ingredient surpriză pe care ți-l zicem. Nici o frunză de coriandru, busuioc, rozmarin proaspete nu ar putea să dea un gust cum dă dragostea cu care se gătește .
