We booked for a meal during one of the Neilson non-inclusive nights. I would strongly recommend booking as there aren't many tables. The owner was very welcoming and brought a variety of dishes for us to sample throughout the evening. There is no menu and food is prepared in advance by the owner. We had a huge bottle of rose wine between 6 of us (which we managed to empty!). It was a very enjoyable evening but be prepared for a long evening as the service is quite slow - which was great as long as you aren't in any hurry.

Paleros Yacht Club is the only place in the Ionian sea with its own beach & next to a marina. It's an all day beach bar, cafe & restaurant, serving in the bar, in the tables and the sun loungers which are free of charge.We serve delicious pizzas from a traditional wood oven, crepes, grilled burgers from local beef, pasta with fresh tomato & basil, home made mousaka, ice creams from fresh milk, freshly baked waffles, very nice cocktails.

Went most nights of our two week holiday either to eat or just for cocktails.. great pizza from the wood burning oven or the massive cheap club Sandwich or home made burgers. Listen to the Great sounds sitting on bean bags with the sea lapping at your feet ... so relaxing.

Its a great food experience especially if you try the local sea food! Its a very clean restaurant very efficient and has excellent fish food! Higly recommend it, if its on your way you must make a small detour and go. All locals attend so its bound to be good.

This lively place with double dining areas (one of which obviously transforms into outdoor tables in the summer) offers a seemingly infinite number of mezedes. We opted for the cabbage salad - superfresh and tasty, the best I've had in Greece - and excellent zucchini fritters. The tzatziki, cheese-and-vegetable pie and roast mushrooms were less successful, but it's a good place to eat nevertheless. The owner, who grew up in Canada, had interesting views on a range of subjects and the ambience was unpretentious and affable.

This small taverna is centrally located in Nafpaktos and has a perfect view over the medieval harbor from the Terrace and you are still not disturbed by the heavy traffic that go through the narrow city center.
We ordered salads and their moussaka from the menu. We got big and tasteful dishes. Also the final panacotta and espresso fulfilled our expectations.
If you enter the taverna inside you can see how the food is prepared in front of you.

At to rakomelo you can eat the best galaktoboureko and ek mek kadaifi in Greece. It's a rear place with the best cakes I ever tasted in Greece. They have the best view and also very good coffee.the people working there are so warm and smiling and you can enjoy the highest level of service

A beautiful place..not far away from the city center...easy to park your auto...!! Very nice decoration (christmas deco it's also absolute).. very good and quickly service...the tastes were very good too..... we tasted christmas menu.....everything melts in your mouth.....10/10 uper level for me....!! Very unique restaurant artistic wise! The chef is also a painter and there's an art gallery upstairs with beautiful artwork. The staff is very nice and warm and the food is excellent! Definitely worth a visit for all of karpenissi visitors.
Don't miss the liqour at the end which you can also buy- it's great!

We come back year after year to this great little restaurant. Maro always gives everyone a lovely welcome. The food is Greek, home cooked, but with that extra touch. Great sauces, unusual salads and vegetables, and usually more than you can eat.

Nice place to have your hot chocolate with various versions....Prices were OK.
The problem was the smoke inside this cozy place....I really do not understand why me and my kid have to suffer from the endless cigarettes....
Too bad that the owners still allow smoking inside!!!
