We stopped by in the middle of the afternoon today for lunch. We each had a medium chicken soup with rice and an organic bottled tea, and we split a Cuban sandwich. The sandwich was tasty, the soup was good with lots of chicken and I'd especially note that the soup was not overly salted the way most establishments serve it. I forgot to ask if the rice was whole grain. The bread with the soup was very good, and the bread on the sandwich (which may have been the same) was toasted and excellent. The total price was a little more than we expected, but we didn't see an itemized bill to figure out why we were surprised.

This is a new business to Budd Lake and it is a new cuisine for this immediate area. The staff are just fantastic and friendly. The owner is a person that cares about not just the customers but the food as well.I have been going here sine they opened and I find that the food they serve is more then enough to fill you up.When there is a long line, the staff is always apologizing for any delay there is. They are VERY Friendly and they really do care.I think this business will be around for a long time because customers just want to come back for more.ThanksThank you for the review!
