Went to PARC. as advertised on trip advisor as Gluten free options. Beautiful menu BUT NO GLUTEN FREE OTIONS. You can eat salads but if u want a wrap or open sarmie you out of luck. I opted for the sugarbean curry and poached eggs and it was stunning. Worth a visit even if not advertised correctly Dear 335leannecIf you could point out exactly where on Tripadvisor you spotted the gluten free information we can address it? We frequent this restaurant on a daily basis . Exceptional level of service maintained at all times . Staff are always friendly and greets when they see a returning patron . The owner Kay - always make a point of going around talking a greeting her customers . There is a lot of " regular " face that you see there . Food is excellent , large potions and value for money .

This chain is a great stop for wraps and smoothies. Lots of choices and very good quality at a reasonable price. There is seating inside and out but you do order and pay at the counter.
