We ve visited the place with my wife one of the hot evening in August. The behaviour of the staff was extremly weird. They were very busy and engaged with some big group of guests from Germany. Apart of us and the group, there were about 5-10 persons in place, not more. It was really not very busy day. We have sat down and waited 5-10 for a Menu (!!!) then decided to take it by ourselfs as noone had came. After that, when we have already chosen the meals & drinks, waitress came to us and took the order only for drinks (!!!), saying that the "order" we should make to her "boss" (we have no idea what exactly she mean). Anyway we were waiting for the drinks & "the boss". it took about another 10 minutes"the boss" (another lady) to come (without drinks) and we ve placed order (but still were waiting for drinks). At that moment we were already about 20 minutes there and have neither received the menu-card (which we took by ourselves) nor drinks. The ladies were very busy with the mentioned group of guests and cleaning / rearranging the place after them (as they have left meanwhile). There were 3 ladies which appeared extremly busy with some sort of unimportant thins (like going around and movin the tables what actually could be done by one of her not by all people in the place. After ca. 30 minutes without drinks we have levft the place asking "the boss" to cancel our order. This level of "service" I have not met anywhere worldwide, including really busy placesSehr geehrte Herr rafal aus "Zürich"Also wir sind auch so prompt wie Sie bei Bewertung und nehmen uns Zeit die wir im Hoch Session sehr wenig haben um eine ausfürliches Antwortzu schreiben.SO, Im unsere insgesamt 30 Jährige Gastronomie erfahrung und 15 Jährige erfahrung in Kroatien, so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt, das jemand so ungeduldig sein kann, keine 10 minunten zeit im U R L A U B hat, ABER sehr viel Zeit sich nehmen kann für eine BEWRTUNG zu tippen.WIRKLICH HAMMER !!!Einmalig, alle Gäste an dem Abend ( ca 140 personen. ) waren sprachlos, " ABBER ALLE 140 " Herr rafal liebe grüsse aus Tar, Sie sind immer HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN oder WELCOM auf ENGLISHUnsere PROFESSIONELLE und HOCH GESCHULTE BEDIENUNG beherschtDEUTSCH, ENGLISH, und ITALIANO, PAREXELANCE im lesen und schreiben,und steht für jedem Gast 99,99 % zu Verfügung.Und das GANZE 30 JAHRE LANG, wie in DEUTSCHLAND so auch in KROATIEN.BITTE 5-10 minuten Zeit im Urlaub Mitzubringen !!LGManager

Perhaps the best bar in Lucija at this moment. Excellent and very friendly service, cheap beverage, pleasant atmosphere and nice terrace. The bar is practically in the park, far from the road. Pleasant music at the bar, mostly rock and blues. Certainly the best burgers in the area! Hats off for the chef! Thumb up!

The building is beautiful, shining clean, amazing views, the ambiance is just perfect. We were kindly greeted by the staff, and taken to our table. We ordered a four-course degustation menu. All the dishes are freshly made and delicious. There are about six dishes in the first course, then pasta, then two beef steaks, and then two desserts including a lovely gluten-free cake. In total, we ate about ten dishes and all of them unforgettable. The server was superb. He was there for us all the time. We have not felt waiting or searching for him not even for a moment. Financial-wise: The four-course degustation menu is more than worth the money. We were more than full and the cost is not even high for what we got. The champagnes are not expensive either: 72 for a bottle of Clicquot in a good restaurant is a more-than-fair price. Hisa Torkla made our evening unforgettable. We will come back to Torkla for sure but it will be hard for them to beat that night.

Oh wait! There is something missing! This beautiful place should get at least 6 stars!The atmosphere was very homely, however with beautiful artwork in the newly renovated restaurant. The renovation was done in an innovative and signature style! The reception and service was cordial, so I felt at home immediately!Great cocktails! I had a refreshing gingery tasting drink that I had to reorder!The food was just simply out of this world! I have not eaten such good food for years!Watching the gifted and ingenious chef preparing the beautiful dishes was a treat! Each detail was meticulously and perfectly executed by the chef! The taste was even better! Everything was prepared freshly and with great passion and love! Great usage of spices! Loved the avocado and nectarine salad with fresh figs! What a great combination! The spices made the Aubergine tartar so special! The Portion of the lamb chops was huge! What a beautiful sight! The chops were cooked to perfection and tasted heavenly!The main dish was followed by a Devine dessert: a warm nut tart with homemade ice cream! I hope I can come back soon to enjoy more of this wonderful food! Snjezana and Thomas are a great Team! I wish them all the very best! I came for a good meal and found the best food in years and met friends!
