We had dinner here on our ladies weekend away. The restaurant is very nice, beautiful decorated. Our food was great..lots of good flavours. I would have given 5 star but the service was literally non existent. The server took drinks then never came back to take food order until we got her attention. Had to try and get water when she came into area. No offer of more drinks or checking in on food. In saying that the server was lovely when she did decide to give us our bill. Dear DaphneD639;I'm so pleased you joined us on your weekend away with the ladies. I'm terribly sorry we let you down on the service . I can assure you this is NOT a reflection of the high standard of service we have become known for. I recall assisting the new server and checking in on your table a few times I was unaware yku felt negleted I wish you would have let me know. By All means feel free to call me so we can discuss further as I'd like to offer you a gift certificate as a gesture of my goodwill and also get more details so that I can follow up a with the server. I dine here at least monthly, whenever I can get into town. Quality of the food is excellent and always 100% consistent. My family are long time foodies, and I've enjoyed fine dining for five decades across four continents. This is our family favorite and the family that owns and operates this restaurant have made it a truly special and welcoming place.

Everyone I know raved about this place so I finally got the chance to go but I was slightly disappointed. I'd like to believe it's just the one item I got (meat ravioli in meat sauce) but it was very bland. I'd be tempted to go back and try one of the Greek dishes instead since that seems to be more of what they're known for. The service was also kind of slow but polite enough. For now I'd give it a 3 but hopefully that rating will go up after another visit.

The food was great. Our group of 4 all enjoyed our meals. The lamb roast was melting in the mouth, the salmon was succulent and moist, the vegetables were delicious, as well as the salads. The waitress was very pleasant and even surprised my husband with birthday cake after overhearing us mention his birthday.

Have been coming for 20 years and have yet to be disappointed. Always a lovely evening with great food and good service. We always spend our special birthday dinners at La Casa Ouzeria.
