eben was leckeres Essen ist hier ohne weiteres möglich. Leider sitzt man etwas unbequem und im Durchzug. Essen zum mitnehmen ist hier meine Empfehlung. (Pizza und Gyros)

Einfach nur geil. Der Laden brummt und nicht zu unrecht. Eine grieschiche Pommes Bude wie gemalt. Deftig, viel, groÃe Auswahl. Maria halt. Vorsicht vor der Zeit "so um 19:00 Uhr. Dann macht die Feuerwehr ihre Grossbestellung. Das dauert.

Wenn man typisch griechisch essen gehen möchte überrascht die Karte mit den vielen eher deutschen Gerichten schon. Wir entschieden und dennoch griechisch zu essen und so bestellten wir Oliven und Tsatsiki. Leider waren die Oliven total versalzen. Was macht überhaupt Salz an Oliven? Die Baby-Calamari waren lecker und das Gyros und die Lammsteaks auch. An den Kartoffelscheiben war gar kein Salz aber wir konnten dies vom Nachbartisch bekommen, da die Bedienung so gut wie nie draussen auftauchte. Der Fischsalat war such gut. Die Atmosphäre ist nett aber der Service ist leider eine Katastrophe. Es gibt besserer Griechen in Neuss und wenn der Service nicht stimmt, warum sollte man wiederkommen??

Our visit to Estia was a bit of a family celebration. Our daughter actually had her reception here after her legal German marriage. She just had a baby a few days before :) It was beyond anything we expected. The interior is chic and somewhat industrial in a warm way. There is ample space between seating so you feel like you have privacy. The food and the presentation of the food is impeccable and so fresh and delicious. We don't mind paying for this kind of dining experience because you are also experiencing the pride this family has in their establishment. I would make a point of going again in a heartbeat when we are back in Dusseldorf.

We visited Plokami while on a business trip.This is a simple, non pretentious restaurant serving simple, tasty food with great service.We were welcomed, given English menus and had the menu explained to us.I had the lamb and it was very tasty, well cooked and came with lots of delicious potatoes.I can recommend the local beer as well. Delicious!

I went for a Sunday lunch based on a recommendation from the hotel concierge, and boy was this gentleman right on the money: the Kolossos is a very good Greek restaurant which offers high quality and "original" cuisine within a modern and cosy setting. The service was excellent - super friendly and fast, and impeccably professional. Sundays is "family day" at Kolossos, and there were quite a number of families and bigger family groups present. But the restaurant is big enough to handle a lot of guests at the same time, and I did not have to wait for my food any longer than expected. I had the house special as an appetizer: mussels in a fine tomato and vegetable broth - followed by a favorite dish of mine which is "bifteki". Everything tasted great, was hot and fresh - and was served by friendly staff who made an effort to make you feel welcome as a guest of the restaurant. The Kolossos is not "cheap", but the value is clearly delivered. There is also a beer garden in the back of the house which looked very inviting (unfortunately, it was no longer summer season), and I will be sure to return to this gem in the future. Great place

We had a get together in this restaurant (9 of us including kids). I must say, what a fantastic place. From the Minute we walked in the door we were treated to a very high standard of both service and food. If your in the area don't give this place a miss, its great.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen und an einem der ca. nur 10 Tischer platziert worden. Es handelt sich primär um eine griechische Weinbar, einen Weinhandel, der auch griechische Gerichte anbietet. Wer Gyros mit Pommes oder eine Ouzoplatte sucht, ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben.Der Inhaber ist ein guter Weinkenner, nach wenigen Proben hatten wir unsere Weine gefunden. Zu essen hatten wir dreierlei Dips mit Brot, die a) von der Menge her ausreichend und b) vom Geschmack hervorragend waren. Als Hauptgang direkt die hohe Kunst mit Pulpo (auf den Punkt gebraten) auf einem Linsenmus sowie andererseits einen Gemüseteller mit gefüllter Paprika und frischem Spinat. Sehr, sehr lecker. Dazu kam der Service immer wieder und fragte nach mehr Brot, einem weiteren Glas Wein.Insgesamt ein total entspannter Abend in lockerer Atmosphäre. Hier lohnt es sich als Gast Willkommen geheiÃen zu fühlen, egal ob nur auf ein Glas Wein oder inkl. Essen. Die Preise sind völlig im Rahmen. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.

We went there for dinner. I had a big bifteki and rice. Good stuff. The lamb shank looked great too. Unfortunately, I had to drive so no wine. Service was friendly and quick. Could pay be credit card which was useful.
