While staying at a local hotel we went here three times for supper! The staff was friendly and wonderful each time! We sat outside in the garden area and it was beautiful with the flowers, outdoor fireplace, even provide blankets if you find it chilly, etc. Just note they do not except credit cards so make sure you have Euro in your pockets but it is reasonably priced for the large portions you get so it should not be an issue.Great food and people, will be back!

We live some 100 meters away from this restaurant.and been here countless times. each time the food is the best meal one ever has.the environment of the restaurant is really cool, one feels like being in Greece.they have a very good menu to choose from, and each item is highly recommended. We tried and enjoyed each and every dish that they have to offer.the staff is also very very friendly and fun to talk to.We were in Greece for two weeks, and being Greek food lovers, we only ate local food, but it won't be too much to say that, we still missed Restaurant Olympia.Once we visited here with a friend, and he liked it so much that each time when he visits Munich for business, he drives ( some 25km from Munich centre) to here for lunch.if you are in Munich and want to have a Greek food, this is the place.Its worth a drive :)ahh by the way be ready to pay the Munich price, even if the restaurant is located in the outskirts. and that is worth too....

Very nice Greek restaurant in the east part of Munich. There is a big parking area on the backyard of the building. And it is just next to railway station. We ordered octopus and Dorado. Everything was very delicious. Good atmosphere. Everything as expected and according to evaluation score at TripAdvisor.

We had a great evening st Thalassa. The owner personally welcomed us with two glasses of ouzo before we struggled to finally choose several of the many great options on the menu. The mixed spit of grilled meats was excellent as was the pitta grilled with garlic. The moussaka tasted as great as it looked. After dessert, the owner came by again with a glass of warm metaxa. While not a cognac fan, this was surprisingly smooth and a nice ending to the night. Only fault keeping this from a 5 star review is a few hiccups from not writing down all of our order. But the food when finally served as ordered was fantastic and the service and atmosphere was great. Would definitely recommend

What a cool neighborhood restaurant this was.... lots of families, as well as friends all enjoying themselves in this restaurant. Aside from Pizza, they have a lot of roast options. Had the lamb shoulder, was ok; colleagues had slouvaki and they really enjoyed it. Service friendly.. food can take a while if it's crowded.
