Wir gehen gerne dorthin. Das Essen ist bodenständig und lecker und preislich in Ordnung. Wir essen häufig das Tagesangebot, welches sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet ist. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass die Preise für die Tagesessen schon recht hoch sind (9 Euro im Schnitt)

Our food was delicious, the service very good, and made even better in a relaxed outdoor setting. The outdoor tables were full of people enjoying themselves in a historic plaza. I tried a local dish that resembled a thin pizza dough spread with sour cream, finely chopped onions and bacon. It was marvelous! My husband tried a local sausage which he enjoyed. The cost was reasonable too. I would definitely go there again.

Für einen Brauereigasthof eher ungewöhnlich, dass das aturtrübe Kellerbier Bier einen Stich hatte. Positiv: die Beanstandung wurde akzeptiert und ein neues Fass angestochen. Essen ok, auch Bedienzeiten hielten sich in Grenzen, obgleich rammelvoll.

Zwiebelschnitzel mit hausgemachten Bratkartoffeln,und Beilagensalat. Sehr zu empfehlen. Freundlicher Service,lecker Pils dazu,einen Eskimo/Dessert auf Kosten des Hauses. (Espresso mit je 1 Kugel Schoko und Vanilleeis)Preisleistung stimmt. Immer wieder gern.

Im Biergarten lässt sich gut in der Sonne ein Bier trinken. Das Essen ist okay. Currywurst hat nicht geschmeckt. Wurstsalat war gut.

This restaurant was recommended by weingut Doennhoff. It took about 20 minutes from the winery. Maybe, it also manage guest house, but the restaurant is really nice without considering the lodge.Their wine list includes top-quality of Riesling, and the food are so good. I ordered beef steak, with btw. medium and well-done, but actually medium would be better. So, please order beed steak with medium if you want to eat beef steak.There are so so many frogs, in fact, not real frogs. :-)) They are dolls ! The female owner received so many frog dolls from the world. How it is funny. ^^In fact, the restaurant was listed by Michelin and Gault Millau !
