The food is absolutely great! The meat is perfectly cooked and savoury, full of spices and herbs. Desserts are good too. The staff is very kind and the concept "comme à la maison" is very nice as all the dishes come to your table and you help yourself at your own pace. The starters were a bit disappointing.

In the âshoulder seasonâ, many local restaurants are closed. This was one of few which were open on a recent weeknight. The exterior wasnât terribly inviting, and we werenât even sure we had found the entrance... but the owners gave us a warm welcome and we felt at ease immediately. Itâs a small menu but everything is homemade, even the pasta. We had gnocchi and a tagliatelle dish with salmon. The owner /server offered to make a dish vegetarian upon request. Salads beautifully presented, main dishes absolutely delectable, and a shared crème brûlée which melted on the tongue. Prices were a little high but we had no regrets and will definitely return when next in Ovronnaz.Thank you very much for your nice comment ! I have visited this restaurant previously and have been impressed by the quality of the food, in particular the meat. This time it was blue sky and sunshine which meant all the terraces were open and it was a great experience. Food was of a very good quality, service was good, views were spectacular. The bonus is you can ski in and ski out. Great lunch option.

Restaurant open for lunch only, terrasse with large open space, free wifi. Coffee shop. Happy hour near the pool.

Nous avons trouvé ce restaurant par hasard dans le centre les sources de Saxon en Valais et nos remarques sont les suivantes:La qualité du service est top.Le chois sur la carte bien équilibré et la carte des vins régionale.Nous y sommes allés trois fois pour le risotto aux champignons une merveille.Nous recommandons cet établissement aussi pour les diners d'affaires car il est dans le calme.
