Impeccable, mouth-watering, highly-impressive, flavorful, unique, flawless in execution... there are simply not enough words to describe how truly outstanding the food at Eth Bistro is. You must experience the culinary treat for yourself to understand why it's rated number one here and why everyone raves about their experience. We visited in summer and were offered a spot right outside with great views of the main square. From the moment we sat down, the the experience was nothing short of outstanding. We met the owner/chef who gave us a full explanation of the menu, and had the pleasure of also being served by his lovely daughter. We sunk our teeth into creative yet delicious dishes with great local tastes, and were blown away by every bite. From beginning to end, from food to service, this little gem in the heart of the Pyrenees, was one of best restaurants we have eaten at in the world. As like many others, I highly recommend.

A tiny kitchen serves the most wonderful dishes to a unique ramshackle stylish set of tables. Freshly cooked dishes with fresh, vibrant flavours. We both shared the marinated trout salad on quinoa and the veal with artichokes. Beautiful flavours and textures. We had eaten out for 5 nights in Baqueira and this was by far our best experience. Lovely staff who spoke good English made for a memorable and easy evening.

El tÃtulo lo resume todo. 30⬠por un plato minúsculo de arroz, una cerveza, una copa de vino, un postre y un café. Todo muy bueno, todo muy bonito pero... excesivo. El detalle feo: ver a los cocineros en calzoncillos cambiándose de pantalón en la cocina (abierta) mientras yo salÃa del local.

We went twice during our stay at Val D'Aran and both times the experience was fantastic. The Peruvian side of the menu is just outstanding. Ceviches, quinoa salad, causa linena and an awesome lomo saltado made with entrecôte !!!!! Indulge yourself with a tasting of local caviar and your eve will be perfect !! Chef & servers are great too and will fix you a great Pisco Sour !!!

After having said they don't speak much English the host worked hard to explain the menu. We very much enjoyed our Beef Carpaccio which meat was described as Buey and translates as Ox but seemed like beef to us. The entrecot also Buey was an excellent beef steak as was the Buey Hamburguesas a very good beef burger . Very friendly staff. Lovely village location. Helpfully open when other places were closed. They say "open all year"Thanks a lot for your request. We are waiting for the next time with us. See you

Centrally located but tucked away off the main road, La Granja is worth the effort to find. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly and the menu is varied, including everything from pizzas (their speciality) to duck to beef cheeks to burgers and a selection of regional dishes. There is something for everyone. The restaurant is family owned and patrons are treated like visiting relatives, with great care and attentiveness. They donât take reservations but during a holiday week, we arrived at 8pm, when they opened, and were immediately seated. Thanks Kevin for choosing La Granja for your meals. It was a pleasure to have you in our house. Hope to see you back soon.

We had eaten here a few years ago, because a friend had recommended it, and we loved it.During the Christmas holidays we decided to go back to this area and obviously we booked a table at Casa Irene.The place is really nice and cozy, tables are rather intimate although they are close to each other, and the service is impeccable. The food is simply amazing, all perfectly cooked and seasoned, and there are lots of options to choose from. Desserts are great, so leave room for it!!Wine list is good, but it's nice to ask them for opinion according to your food order and let them surprise you..We will definitively be back for the third time soon!! Don't forget to book specially if it holiday time!
