Find out what Fusion restaurants to try in Ho Chi Minh City. Vietnam's bustling largest city sets the cultural and economic pace for the country. The former Saigon boasts charming French colonial architecture and wide boulevards, usually thronged and choked with traffic. Taxis are an option for seeing the sprawling city. The War Remnants Museum shows the Vietnam War through Vietnamese eyes. Don't miss the impressive Jade Emperor Pagoda. Go to the frenetic Ben Thanh Market for food, flowers or frogs. A very nice rooftop with beautiful view which was not overly crowded on the Saturday evening we have been to. Cocktails are quite nice also. Pity though as music is loud and it is difficult therefore to hold a discussion.Hello 926duyp!Thank you very much for your feedback. I will ensure your kind words are shared with everyone in the team and I do hope that we have the pleasure of welcoming you back soon at Social Club Rooftop with an cheerful ambiance.Sincerely,Evan PieriniRestaurant Operation Manager

Went for a drink with my friends. The beverages are amazing, egg coffee is highly recommended if you fancy creamy egg fluff in your coffee. Cool place to hang out with your friends and grab lunch/ dinner. If you're looking for a modern mix, here's where east meets west ;)!

Your neighborhood bar blasting old school hip hop with korean tacos you will absolutely fall in love with!
Ive been coming here many times and the place is awesome. Great food, great atmosphere and easily worth the money for what you get. The owner is beyond friendly and makes sure the food is always top notch. Place isnt large so make a reservation. Its tricky to find, if your facing the building, go all the way to the left and walk down that passageway till you see it.Hey DavidJLe,Thanks for coming by for dinner and drinks. It's customers like you that make the 70hr weeks well worth it. I'll make sure to share this review with our team. I'm sure they are going to be thrilled to hear this.We look forward to seeing you again at the restaurantCalvin and the entire team at El Camino Korean Tacos

Great food. Nice space and views Reasonable price.Book well ahead. Expect to climb four flights of stairs, and you wonder if there can be a restaurant at the end. There is. Our favourite 'go to' restaurant in Saigon, and one of our best three....amazing

Asian-inspired modern dinning bistro that serves crossed-culture cuisine and killer cocktails. The hidden gem of Cho Cu.
A true hidden gem in District 1. Myriad of local Vietnamese ingredients, inspiration from Japanese cuisine, along with their quirky creativity, these guys put it together to bring you one of the best fusion experiences. The Bap Xao with curried bacon, Tonkotsu Carbonara, Soba with the Burrata, Red Autumn dessert with the compressed watermelon and almond dacquoise, all these flavors that may raise an eyebrow when mentioned came together so well on a plate. To go along with these dishes, they do modern cocktails that taste great and gives you a boozy kick out of it. And you get to enjoy all these in a cosy ambience away from the busy streets of HCM. Perfect for a get together with friends or date nights. Shoutout to Vicky and her team, who provided excellent hospitality and service. Can't wait to be back again after your renovation!Thank you for the recommendation! We have finished our renovations and look forward to serving you at your next visit! :)

Good food, good mood! At our restaurant, youâll find fresh, hearty dishes that take advantage of the food paradise that is Ho Chi Minh City. This is the perfect place to get the party started, have a full-blown meal, or a nightcap before bed. Conveniently
When entering the restaurant you come into a calm and cosy environment. They play the piano at the background which was very lovely. The staff (especially Rosie and Lam) were very helpful and friendly and spoke English very well. You get a complimentary amuse bouche at first and a little sorbet after the starter The portions are good and its high quality food! More pricy than a normal Vietnamese restaurant but still not as expensive as European/American restaurants and definitely worth it!

Think of modern society and images of shining cities and glowing screens come to mind. Every facet of daily life depends on sight. How would your other senses react to dining in complete darkness? You will discover the stunning truth about how people tend
This might sound scary to some, but I would recommend that everyone tries this. It is an experience like none other. It makes you appreciate having the gift of sight, and hi-tens your taste buds while dining. Everyone we encountered were amazing, including the mute staff. Even though they couldn't talk they were full of smiles and warmth. I especially appreciated our visually impaired server Tan, he was so descriptive when explaining things to us, that it helped with the uncomfortable part of not being able to see.My one piece of advice is, MAKE SURE you go go the WC prior to dining. We were not asked if we needed to go before entering the dining room, and I did need to go mid-way through. You can't just get up and go, so we rushed through the end of our meal a little, so I could use the WC.
