Find out what Fusion restaurants to try in Caracas. Santiago de Leon de Caracas, Venezuela's capital, sits in Cerro Avila Valley, where mountain ranges soar 8000 feet from the Caribbean. Once inhabited by Toromaimo Indians, the city was founded by the Spanish in 1567. Chacao is the see-and-be-seen place to eat, drink and socialize, but restaurant destination Las Mercedes is one of the few places safe to walk around. Iglesia de San Francisco is a beautiful example of colonial architecture. Mountainous Parque Nacional El Avila teems with tempting trails.

superb decor, good menu and, overall great ambiance. It´s a pity that the service from the "host" at the entrance is far from in accordance with the level of the place. I am sure

This place is well located in Altamira... It has a nice decor... So much for them.... This place has horrible food... Maybe of the worst sushi I have had in a while and ultra expensive!!! The salmon has been frozen so many times, it seems "cooked"... The ginger and wasabi, a joke! The sushi pizza with brie... Well average at the most! The rolls, not well prepared and flimsy... Service average... It is clean... There is a "mixed" toilet room... This was very awkward!!! All in all, won't come back!!!
