We highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner, we were a group of friends and it must be highlited the quality and food taste with a great service attention. The menu allows to combine different dishes and it is a great choice in Sluis Groote Markt!

First vist to Sluis for me for 20 years. Never bothered to go back as it was just very small with Lace and Porn shops.Much different now. As it was around 11:00 hrs we decided on the Mineral for a coffee. As there was apple pie on the menu we decided to try it. A generous portion arrived, warm and was very good indeed. The only downside was cream from a spray can. The coffee was good and the service efficient and friendly. Shouold we return to Sluis I would be pleased to go back and try a meal.

Carpe Diem was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a lifetime of fine dining. Rates 100 in every category from the first welcome to a surprisingly modest bill. The variety the menu offered, presentation, attentive and very helpful service, quality and imaginative preparation, overall ambiance - all first rate. Reservations recommended.

we gaan er niet veel 2 of 3 keer per jaar en altijd om die lekkere slakken te eten ze zijn mega lekker voor de liefhebbers met rockfort.Bediening top altijd vriendelijk en de locatie prachtig om tot rust te komen en lekker genieten.

A Groupon booking for 3 courses for 3 people tempted me to book, not knowing anything about the establishment. How glad I am that I did!The quality of the food, professional service, excellent value and attractive interior made this a lunchtime to remember. We have all agreed that we want to return, but without a Groupon voucher we will choose one or two courses, I expect.The tartare of Atlantic salmon was delicious and a very generous portion for a first course.The Surf and Turf steak and scampis were excellent, full of taste and extremely tender - cooked to perfection. My congratulations on sourcing such good meat locally.

Wonderful food; great presentation but not over-fancy. Lovely people and very pleasant service. We choose 3 courses from set menu with recommended glasses of wine. And beautiful location in tiny small historical village of St Anna ter Muiden, literally on Belgium-Netherlands border. This restaurant is a pearl in the crown of Zeeuws Vlaanderen.

This restaurant has a very stylishly decorated interior with a separate lounge area for aperitifs. There is also outside space in a garden at the rear.We visited on a Sunday evening, there was a tasting menu, an alacarte and a 3 course menu offer. We opted for the 3 course offer which ( in relative terms ) was a bargain at â¬45.For us this choice was perfect. It started with a beef and veal carpaccio dish, followed by a salmon mains and finished with a delightful deconstructed dessert. Perfection from beginning to end. The staff were the perfect balance of professional and friendly. If your anywhere close to this town don't hesitate to book in this restaurant.

We had dinner with friends at The Schaapskooi last weekend. It was a very positive experience. We had the in-season mussels and they were delicious. For starters I had the foie gras and that was very tasty too. The portion were huge. The wine list is pretty extensive (not cheap) but we managed to select some really good wines. People were friendly. When in the neighbourhood of Knokke or Sluis this is a great option.

We discovered Passion for a first time through a Groupon promotion. Since we had been spoiled then, we decided to go back for a second time. The staff deserves a 11/10 for friendliness. All of them!My burger and my partner's steak were delicious and the fries... well, they're amongst the best we ever had. When in Sluis, don't doubt and go to Passion. You won't be disappointed.

Nice restaurant but small, friendly staff. The food is very tasteful, we took the menu and this was excellent. Only downpoint which in the end spoiled the meal was the waiting time for the dessert, this took between 45 min. and an hour, i was already planning to leave without dessert.
