Find out what Fast Food restaurants to try in Utrecht. This ancient and historic city houses many buildings going back to the early Middle Ages. Until it was overtaken by Amsterdam in the Dutch Golden age, Utrecht was the most important city in the Netherlands. It was and still is the See of the Archbishop of Utrecht, the most important Catholic leader in the Netherlands. The University of Utrecht is the largest in the Netherlands. One of the unique features of the city is the wharf system in its inner canals. Before the city was fully canalized, parts of the Rhine River flowed through the city center. Most prominent of the historic buildings is the Gothic Cathedral of Saint Martin, the construction of which lasted for almost 200 year, beginning in 1254.

Poké (pronounced poh-kay) is a Hawaiian dish, originally consisting of sushi rice, raw fish and several different toppings served in a bowl. You could basically describe it as sushi in a bowl. If you are not a fan of raw fish - don't worry. We also serve

Utrecht's first Fish & chip shop. fresh home made fries and deep fried battered sustainable codfish bites.
Nice Fish & Chips joint with a choice of sauces to go with!Good value for money and a great location to have a brake during your walking/biking around Utrecht. The only disappointing factor is that they don't serve beer to accompany your meal :(

Utrecht branch of this small burgers chain (in The Hague and Amsterdam too). Same quality as the others.I tried here the vegetarian burger. Instead of the patty, you will have 2 large portobello mushrooms, with lettuce, tomato and pickles by default. As toppings I added Old Amsterdam cheese, grilled onions and a fried egg. Although Iâm a meat lover, I had to try, and I enjoyed it in the same way than a regular burger. This is a small restaurant and does not have some of the sides, as onion rings or coleslaw, but the fries are good enough. And you have 6-7 different sauces of choice.Good customer service. Dear Ismael, thank you for your feedback and kind words. We hope to see you in the future! Regards

The Netherlands is full of street food - American pizza slices, Vietnamese egg rolls, and the likes. But if there's one food that we just can't get enough of, it's kebab. There are literally tens of thousands of kebab shops all over the country, and it makes me sad - surely there is other, more interesting street food to try out? That's where Mister Twister comes in with their chimney cakes. Eastern European in origin, these guys are already looking to expand their business to Rotterdam, and I can't blame them - it's delicious. We only had the (original) cinnamon chimney cake, but it tasted just like the authentic festival food you get for twice as much at Ren Fairs. The options are endless and I can't wait for them to open up in my hometown so I can try them all. What a nice review, thanks for your opinion.see you in 010

Disapponted: after the others' review, I thought I could have some snapshots of good Italian "fast food".. but it was not the case. Not in terms of quality of bread, not in terms of quality of ingredients. Ok, it's cheap and fast, but good is another story.By the way: not accepting bank cards of any kind, not issuing a "real" receipt when asked (I need it to get the lunch reimbursed from my company), I guess they do not pay as many taxes as me (but it's only a guess).

nice burger place with many different kinda of burgers, including multiple veggie or even vegan options. personally i don't like the veggie patties that you can replace regular burgers with and would recommend sticking to the actual veggie options. a burger is around â¬10 i believe, which is on the high side. the fries here are delicious.

A traditional Vietnamese Food Concept just as how you get in Vietnam: Street Food. The cuisine is famous of its spicy fresh and healthy characteristics. And don't forget, 95% of what we have to offer is gluten free!
Not great though. Working through $ eateries thereâs better Vietnamese though not in Utrecht at any price. The service was good though they are a bit understaffed given the steady flow of clientele. Itâs a small place with the ambience of what cafe used to mean. The few tables are divided between indoor and outdoor seating, the latter very agreeable on a warm Summer day/evening.

Fresh organic fries. Homemade and with a small assortment of sauces typical Dutch snacks (kroketten) and organic beverages.
Small shop in small street in the city center that produces delicious fries that are freshly cut from the potatoes instantly. So what you see is what you get, the peel of the potatoes included. Erg lekker!
