They have one of the best "pollo a la brasa" (roasted chicken) I'd ever tasted... their fries are amazing (with an special flavour). The workers and the owners are really friendly.. they're always ready to give you what you need...I'll definitely come back =)

Tengo que ser muy honesta, pasamos a este lugar, porque mi marido querÃa, y yo le tenÃa la nada misma de Fe , no esperaba nada con respecto a la comida, y me sorprendió, mejor que cualquier comida en restaurante elegante, nada que envidiarle.Excelente atención, muy amable y rápido.Recomiendo el lugar, vale la pena, es comida de calidad.

I love Las Kankas in Tacna, Peru. This restaurant serves some of the best spit roasted chicken (Pollo a la Brasa) in Tacna. I have eaten here several times. The chicken is tender, juicy and the price is great. My wife and I spent 34/soles for a half a chicken with a 1.5L of Inka Cola. You also get a great salad with your dinner and a large plate of steak fries.The restuarant is large. It has 3 floors. In the second and third floors they have a play area for the children where they can climb tubes, and such. Very similar to what you will find in a McDonalds or Burger King.The restaurant is spacious and clean as well. Family friendly. I definitely recommend eating here if you are going to be in Tacna.

The food is not bad, it comes in excesive amounts and it is very greasy. Salads are not well prepared and look very not hygienic. Good if you don't care about quality but size.

during the 80's and 90's it was one of the greatest places to go in Tacna. But after it just became average, the staff was not so nice as always and the food started to decay. It is still a good place, but not as good as the old one.
