A no frills little restaurant if you drove past you would see queues of people being served (and very quickly to). The food is authentic, the owner having spent many years out Far East with his Malaysian wife (I think). The food is delicious with a great choice, and not to expensive too. It is eat all you want for a set price, and believe me a couple of platefuls of different food will suffice anyone. There is plenty of room for parking on surrounding streets.

Such a shame this restaurant is not packed! Service was good , interior contemporary and clean , not the cheapest, but the fish .... this was probably the best piece of cod I have had , batter crispy and light, cooked to perfection . I Struggle to find a negative. I hope others now find this gem and fills those table.

Looking forward to some fish and chips with the family after a seaside walk on Father’s Day. We always come here. Disappointed today.Fish looked unappetising and small. Over cooked. Nearly all batter which was hard. Chips okay but loads of bits and not as tasty or hot as they used to be. Certainly not worth the money. Don’t think we’ll be returning.
