Bulebar is decorated like a 1950's American diner. Interesting décor, good service and good food. Terrific fresh juices! If you ask for lemonade, don't expect Sprite - you'll get real homemade lemonade - delicious! We had chivitos, some with the bread and some without! Note - mastercard didn't work here, but visa did.Thank you very much for your review! We hope to see you again soon!

We ate here for dinner one Friday night and it was great. Lots of choice on the menu, really tasty food. Get the XXL loaded fries !!! We split them between two of us and still had leftovers for lunch the next day. The restaurant is very small and as we went on a Friday night it got super busy. Unless you want a queue of people leaning on your table I suggest to sit outside. Definitely worth a visit.

Stopped in for a late lunch, had the chavito and entrecot. Both were very good. The bread they use on the sandwich is great. Their pizzas look good, will have to come back to try one of those.

Good pizza, quesadillas (which are made more like large empanadas), breakfast, and of course drinks at the bar. Reasonably priced, friendly service. It was a convenient restaurant for us to visit. I was at Montevideo terminal on a ship. The port market is adjacent to terminal gate. The market houses numerous restaurants and shops which cater to cruise passengers. Carolina empanadas has a variety of empanadas, freshly made. One of the best empanadas you can have in Montevideo. I liked them so much, I got some more packed and had them over next 2 days.

Ok, these guys do not mess around... they do one thing and one thing only, burgers, and they do it well!!Meat is freshly minced on a daily basis in a cold chamber, bread is home made, service is great, but just the quality of the meat in and the taste of the burgers in general... WOW!Probably the best burger I've had so far in South America!!

We had just arrived from Buenos Aires and were starving and this place hit the spot! It was super busy (always a good sign!) and the food was great! The shawarmas are made to order so you can pick whatever you want in it. The service was great and they spoke English and were very helpful. Would definitely go back again!
