Subway makes sandwiches and the quality is fairly consistent. That is the sandwich is best freshly made and needs to be consumed immediately as it disintegrates as time goes on. I like going for the Sub of the day deal, except it's not much of a deal in Alaska as prices are more expensive. Coming late in the day or week and this location tends to run short on ingredients or choice of bread. It's one of a very few places for good value meal in Juneau.

I look forward to the cruise ships coming back every year, because Bernadettes will be open! The egg rolls with the sauce are divine and my go-to order, but the pork skewers are also a favorite. The service is friendly and super fast, I recommend stopping by this little stand.

The staff and server was friendly but it went down hill when the crab was served. It was the most flavorless king crab Iâve ever had. Apparently it had been way over cooked as the shell was very rubbery and the crab meat was tasteless and almost mush. Very disappointed after reading other favorable TA reviews. The location is convenient to the cruise ships but there are better choices just a short walk away. Sorry Cody, the crab you described is well below our normal standard. Our Crab is a huge focus for us and we try very hard to keep the quality as high as possible. What you were served is unacceptable and we apologize. We are here for lunch after our shore excursion and was pleasantly surprised. Berry tasty halibut fish and chips and great fries. Not too much breading and just the right crispness. Wishing I could get it again before we left port!!

The Salmon Spot is still a winner, located near the library downtown branch. They are good for their salmon burger, salmon cakes or salmon cakes salad with a garlic maple sauce. Their buns for the burger isn't very good. Ask for sauce on the side or to hold it if you don't like a sweet sauce. Their salmon chowder is too diluted and not much salmon in the chowder, more like a watered down soup than a chowder. Outdoor seating only. Credit cards accepted. Basically open to serve the cruise ship passengers. Coffee is available but could taste better.
