Another disgusting meal and atmosphere in the shop. The take away order took an hour for me to wait for it. The shop was full of kids messing around, and I mean a lot of kids just hanging around in the shop being loud and intimidating. The food was disgusting, the kabob meat was inedible as it was hard and dry like shoe leather, the order was missing an item that we had paid for. That was my last visit to this kebab shop.

First time visit for me. Traditional fish and chips, lovely and fresh, tasty fish. Very good value for money, included tea and bread and butter. Extremely busy, so obviously a popular place.

I never doubt this place, it is amazing the food never lets me and my family down, we have a Chinese at least once a week and I've never had one bad review on it from the family! The prices are okay I'd say, ignore all the bad reviews

consistantly good-- and busy..And that tells it all--Its a real quality take away with a wide choice of dishes--never disappoints and the proof is the waiting times--if you call at 6.30 the super lady in charge will say ready at about 7-15--when you get there its always full--testament to what the locals know about the good food they serve----for a small town a very good asset

Called here on our way back to caravan site in arnside. Asked the miserable waitress for the large fish & chips (fish & chips pease, bread & butter, tea.) 1 horrible slice of bread and cheap margarine. Then came the fish and chips the wife said we ordered large fish & chips (that is the large she replied) the wife said she wanted to get up and walk out and leave and reject them but I was starving.looking back I should have listened to her, they were disgusting. Fish was like 5" long if that, scrappy chips that were soggy, fish had a sour taste to it. god knows what the small portion would be like. Back home in good old Yorkshire weatherby whaler, same price fish are at least 1ft long nice crispy batter not soggy & slimy. Chips full sized and no scrappy chips 2 slices bread and real butter. ******** £21 for utter crap.******
