If you are looking for a get away place somewhere in the villages of Germany this hotel would be your choice. We have dined at Brink's many times and Florian and Kirsten have been wonderful hosts. The food is amazing and I just keep going back for the wonderful way they do a fillet steak with a seared crusty exterior and rare interior. Accompanied by fresh asparagus, the dish is

As a Greek, I was absolutely pleased there! Not too posh, not ridiculous! The staff is amazingly friendly and polite! Wine selection is very good, and they offer ouzo! Big portions, as with every dish they bring a variety of starters for free. They should just add some vegetarian food, but if you ask for it, they do assemble amazing dishes! They even helped us find a taxi immediately, as we were on a hurry!!! Everything excellent!

Eine wirklich traditionelle Adresse, ein bisschen wird man in die Vergangenheit zurückversetzt, was aber durchaus seinen Charme hat. Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient das Essen ist wirklich gut und hier ist auch Platz für gröÃere Gruppen. Das Lokal ist sehr gut mit einer schönen Wanderung durch den Teutoburger Wald zu verbinden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind am Haus was die Anreise mit dem Auto leicht macht.

One of our absolute favourites. Food service, atmosphere without fault. One of the best restaurants in NRW. We have recommended this restaurant to a few of our friends and not one of them has been disappointed. We have booked to go back end of October and are already looking forward to it. Fabulous cook with fabulous staff. Need I say more?

This is really a traditional German kitchen how you would like it to be. Everything is simple but fresh and not cooked in the frying pan, but in real butter. There is a part where the bar is, this is quite cosy German. Than there is a big restaurant, where the atmosphere is not that cosy, but when it is full than it's also quite nice. Still the food is the same and we can really recommend this place, if you want very good food for very affordable prices!!! We like to go there.

A Great restaurant with exceptional food in a typical Gasthaus style Staff are welcoming and helpful. I have a lactose allergy and basic German and they helped me through the menu to choose a great meal.Can thoroughly recommend the house red wine.Will happily eat here again

Ate here twice with friends during the Christmas period.Busy restaurant but staff very friendly and attentive. Menu has a very good selection of different meals especially game (probably on account of it being in season). Portions are huge (local feature, we were told!)Restaurant had a nice familiar feel to it and I would say restaurant offers good value for money!
