called In while on a road trip from salu to alicante.we ordered the family pizza to share, it was delicious! the lady who served us was excellent, we couldn't decide between spicy salami or mild.....she appropriately suggested "how about I do a mix of both for you......perfect!! it was hot fresh light and fluffy and full of delicious flavour. would highly recommend a visit.

The restaurant offers 3 menus at 20 Euros per person, 1/4 bottle of wine included. While these will fill you up, the quality matches the price. Nothing is really bad, but nothing is outstandingly good either. Service was great, but only Spanish speaking, the wine was quite nice. Still, in our opinion, the restaurant's TA rating is much too high.

The location of the terrace is very nice, on the way up to (or down from) the castle site. It is a quiet location, good to enjoy the fresh air. The menu is very simple, the quality rather basic. Service slow and inconsistent. The gazpacho was nice, probably the best choice.Thank you for your opinion. The good food needs its time...

We saw this on out first walk when we arrived mid afternoon to Puerto de sagunto.Found it a little difficult as the menu's were in Spanish and we struggled to understand the menu. My partner speaks a little Italian and she struggled to translate the menu. There were no English speaking staff.We managed well though and had a superb meal and looking at what others ordered the food was excellent all round.

We have actually eaten here at least 8 times over the past year and a half and each time we have been impressed with the creative cuisine and the wonderful service. Our last experience was one week ago...For starters we ordered "tentación" (sliced cooked apple with foie) and "atame" (soft meatball with crunchy noodles) and both were delicious. We then had bacalao and salmon for our entrees and they were delicious. This restaurant is one of our favourites ib the greater Valencia area. Well worth a visit!

Our local friends we were staying with chose this restaurant for the last evneing together; we were a party of seven and had a reservation - which was a good thing, since the place filled up very quickly soon after we had arrived. We ordered three of the combos for the seven of us, and platters started arriving very swiftly, more and more of them ... everything very tasty and well prepared and cooked, delicious food and in enormous quantities ... we were all totally stuffed and could hardly manage to eat it all. Service was very friendly and nice, also attentive and accomodating. Als good with vegetarian dishes. I can very highly recommend this restaurtant!

We have been eating at Negresca a couple of times and it was Delicious the food was fresh and of excelent quality.The atmosphere is modern and relaxed and what is most importat for us is that it was so neat and clean.The Staf was very friendly and did their utmost to give us a welcome and happy feeling.I realy can recommend to go there and i am sure you will enjoy just as we did.Thanks for the excelent food and service, we will be back when we visit Valencia again.

Excellent little restaurant tucked away in quiet village the service was really good as the waitress explained the dishes in detail to us. The food was excellent interesting local dishes, I can only recommend the El Gat Negre for a visit and it's very reasonably priced

After a nice walk around the castle we found this nice restaurant via trip advisor. We chose the lunch menu and were more than pleasantly surprised. The service was very friendly and the courses were of high quality, especially for the price (15 euros for 3 starters, main and dessert and 12 euros for a great bottle of Verdejo). The photos speak for themselves :). The perfect experience in this nice little town.
