Lunch today was a goats cheese and apple buckwheat pancake, followed by a maple syrup and vanilla ice-cream sweet pancake. Heaven.Added to this excellent service and a wonderful location..who could ask for more?

Really fabulous food, innovatve french with a modern twist. stand-out elements Cornichon sorbet (with terrrine starter) squid starter, nettle creme brulé. Not large portions, but packed full of flavour.Doesn't look much from the exterior, don't let that put you off (has recently had a face lift).

This lovely restaurant in the old part of Ploermel has a sort of medieval atmosphere with friendly service and nice variety of items on the menu. We stopped by at lunch time and the place was full of locals. The prices were very reasonable and our pizza excellent.

Perhaps we were unlucky? The young waitress was absolutely excellent and with our limited ability to speak French gave us lots of time and advice. The Menu de jour was not for us (tripe) so I opted for the Moules. More expensive than normal at 12.5 euro. They were not good or too numerous! They were more than over done in fact, shrunken many partly open and the hinges fell apart.. Had I been in an English resturant I would have complained. In honesty the worst I have tasted in France. My wife's meal was very fine.

Menu looked good and we decided on the burger special. The burger was OK but came with funny vegetable crisps - surely pommes frites are de rigeur with a burger. Friendly and quick service. The restaurant was bustling with French families so can't be too bad.
